Have used Tumi products for years this store’s service today is another example of why. Staff is knowledgable and service is excellent. I Was having a problem with the handle on my bag and they changed it out without hesitation or question. Kathy even monogrammed my new bag and pointed out aspects of the bag I had not realized before; like the waterproof pocket for a bottle of water.
I visit this store every time I come through the airport.

Tumi products are awesome! Even better, their customer service was over the top today at MSP. Tom (I believe) was super friendly and knowledgable about the products and upcoming items.
He replaced a lost zipper in no time and gave me 2 new initial tags for my carry on and my laptop case.
