So we found this recycling station on accident. We have been working on house renovations for two years now(yes, two years) and we have been using another recycling station. When we arrived, there was a line and when we got to the front, we found out that they didn’t take cc. The man trusted us to go down the street after we were done dumping to get the $ 45. That speaks volumes to me. When we drove up to our dump site, there were a bunch of employees around to help you dump your stuff. This guy was really cool, really real and very helpful and nice. He was telling us crazy stories about what really gets dumped here. I even learned some facts as to where and how the trash gets used after we dump it. Interesting, some of it goes to be used as fuel at the power stations. Very helpful, very trusting, honest and a great experience overall. Thank you!

It’s a dump, literally. We’ve been working on cleaning out the garage and the house for the last couple of months. We discovered this place because the one closer to the house closes at noon on Saturdays. Which is interesting because that is kind of early in the day. The place is tucked away, but not hard to find. They charge based on what you have in the vehicle. The first time we went, we didn’t have enough cash. The guy working was nice enough to let us come back with our second load and the cash for both. This was the 3rd time I’ve gone along. It’s actually a really good stress reliever! It’s fun to throw garbage at other pieces of garbage. I love throwing glass on bricks and vice versa. How boring have I gotten that a trip to the dump is exciting? Either way, go along and consider it your lucky day if you have bricks and someone else has dropped off old windows!
