I am only reviewing the sales experience, since I will likely never do business with this company. I first learned about their service at a Home Improvement show. They were offering free in-home estimates on an Acrylic bathroom remodel and I signed up. The entire experience felt like a timeshare presentation. I wasn’t able to get any ballpark pricing until they had walked me through everything, even though I knew what I needed(as did the rep) after 10 minutes. Then came the sticker shock, followed by the«Deals». Basically, they only give you a price you can stomach if you agree to sign a contract on the spot, and there is a lot of pressure to do that. I don’t work that way. So when I told the man my wife and I would never make a decision without due consideration and diligence, there was one last pitch to bring the price down. This time, they offered to give me their service supposedly at «cost»(Yeah, right) if I would agree to let them use my bathroom as a case study of before and after. I felt this was reasonable, but again, I could only get the«deal» if I agreed to sign a contract right there and then. No way, I said; then after spending nearly an hour pressuring me in my home, the rep stormed out visibly angry. Angry at me because I didn’t make a rash, spontaneous decision on something that cost a lot of money. In my own home. I would avoid these guys if you don’t like high-pressure sales pitches, or if you prefer to weigh all your options before making a decision involving thousands of dollars. Though I think it’s a decent product if you need something fast, the sales experience so turned my off and left such a foul taste in my mouth, I’m definitely looking at other options, including paying more and waiting a few years for a real contractor to do a real remodel.
