The view is outstanding. As we all know, usually a view comes with bad food & service. This place blows that notion. The staff are amazing, drinks delicious. We have tried 4 menu items and enjoyed all.

Stopped by last week to see what all the buzz was about. Glad I did. View is incredible, food was better than expected, drinks were tasty and the service was top notch. Mind you this was only one visit but for a relatively new place it seems headed in the right direction. A shout out to our bartender, Lauren, and server, Michelle. Both were on their game despite it being pretty busy. Good service is always appreciated.

Lets start with the good; awesome views, great food and pretty good selection of wine and beer. Not as good; limited seating but this is to be expected given that it is on the roof. There are more deck style seats than table seating which we don’t care to sit on the deck chairs for a full meal. Apps ok to munch on but still don’t like hunching over to eat. Over all this is a great addition to the rooftop of the hotel. We were told they are separate chefs and it is very noticeable. In my opinion if Spinners does not step up their game this place is going to run them out of business. We were only here for a few drinks and app but what we had was delicious. The duck bacon pot stickers. OMG. These were so awesome. Bacon flavor mixed with the sweet hot salad was so good! Service was quick and our server was so friendly and offered great suggestions. We plan to return for dinner and lunch and will most likely be upgrading the is review if those meals are as good as the app we had.

Immediately felt welcomed the minute we sat down. The view was incredible, Michelle was a great server and you can tell the chef was skilled in culinary pairings, ie: how fresh rosemary and capers compliments with citrus glazed arugula! We will definitely be back.

I was visiting an out of town friend out at the beach for drinks on Sat night and wondered where we could go with out live music so we could talk, catch up and hear each other. I remembered someone mentioned a new rooftop bar so we checked it out. We were lucky to find a parking spot, its free, but the lot was packed. Great views of the beach and St Pete for miles all lit up at night. They have tables and high tops and since it was chilly they had heaters going. We only for drinks, but they do have nibbles too. My friend enjoyed the blood orange margarita. I had a vodka lemonade with a rosemary sprig and lavender water — it was ok. .. a little sweet for me so I switched to red wine. The wine selection is a couple of each varietal, but they are decent choices. Enjoy!

I gave this 4 stars bc the view is amazing! We didn’t stay for dinner since we already ate and it started raining so we didn’t stay for a drink but we wanted to check the view out and it is absolutely stunning! Food and drinks looked amazing I can’t wait to check this out for their food!

Great place to watch the sunset and lounge with a drink on their South Beach styled roof top deck. Was super surprised by how upscale this place was considering it was at the beach. Service was great and I was a fan of their cocktail menu options and enjoyed the several appetizers our group shared. Only con is that parking is not available if you are not a hotel guest or wedding guest. You may have to park a few blocks down the street at the public parking lot.

My aunt works here as the manager and she took us for some appetizers before dinner at sunset and the whole place was beautiful. The atmosphere, the view, and the food and drinks were wonderful.

Looking for a slightly upscale rooftop bar to watch the sunset, then this is your place. The food and drink selections are definitely not your typical bar fare so if you’re looking for a place to impress a date, this is it. And don’t worry, the prices aren’t astronomical. However, be mindful, parking can be a bit tricky so you’ll definitely want to get there early.

We’ve been here 4 times since their opening and have had outstanding service every time. Mary Beth was our server the first night we tried it and it was her courteous, efficient service that had us returning. We are local and enjoy bringing our guests. You cannot get a better view of the water — both inter coastal and the gulf! Great place for sunset!

Been here multiple times so I decided it’s time for a review! First, the views on this property are the best in the entire Tampa Bay Area. It’s inspiring and beautiful every single night as you can see the sunset higher than anywhere on the beach. Our server told us it’s 120 feet in the air! I’ve only had the Rosemary Lavender drink and their house Level Eleven martini. Both are awesome and we’ve had Yvette as our tender the recent visits. She’s a pro. We typically get the Cheese and Charcuterie board along with a few more appetizers and the highlights are their pork shanks, Mahi Mahi tacos and the fried goat cheese! In conclusion, this is the best thing to happen for our beaches!

The best view on st Pete beach. I am a local, I’ve been here three times, I’ve had great service and delicious food every time I’ve come. I’m not sure why it was given bad reviews my all the others who’ve rated it. I had calamari, escargot, shrimp and the charcuterie tray, all were delicious. I’ve never had a bad dining experience. Enjoy the beautiful view from 11 stories up and lighten up. It’s the best view anywhere on the beach. I work in hospitality. The manager came to our table and gave us his card. A definite yes!

Great view 5 stars Service good: hope they staff up for season, just one server working entire north side. Gets way busy at sunset food: meh Calamari overfried & chewy Filet & fig flatbread: filet tough,(not sure it was really filet) Bbq pork sliders over sauced and cold Goat cheese overfried & cold Here’s the problem … Food gets expedited from kitchen down at lobby level. So hot food orders arrive lukewarm/cold by the time it gets to level 11. Stick with: Hummus app Charcuterie Nice place to watch sunset and have a glass of wine.

Really glad no kids are allowed at the bar. It seems like a lot of parents these days want to drink with their children.

Level 11 recently had their soft opening with the official grand opening set for Tuesday September 1st, 2015. My wife and I have been anxiously awaiting Level 11’s opening and had been calling to find out every week or so. We stopped by with our kid on a Sunday afternoon during the soft opening. We’re very familiar with the property as we live close by and often walk to Bongo’s, which is the beach bar & restaurant at ground level, or to have dinner at Spinners, which is the revolving restaurant on the 12th floor. Level 11 gets its name from being situated on the 11th floor of the property. First off, Level 11 is outside. In fact, it’s the tallest rooftop lounge/restaurant on St Pete Beach by probably six stories or more, so if you want to be outside AND have incredible views, this is where you should go. The construction took a long time, but once you get up there, you’ll see why; they did excellent work at transforming what had been simply a commercial roof into a high end rooftop venue. There are high top tables, regular tables and lounge areas, most with a couch, two single chairs and a table. All have umbrellas. The only odd thing about the layout is it is only on the front half of this circular building, so while you do have views of the beach north and south, depending on the side of the building you’re on, you cannot see the beach directly below the property. I suspect this had something to do with building code, fire code, etc. The day we went was fairly hot and there was not much air movement. We had our toddler with us in her stroller. Due to the heat, I decided I’d stay near the elevator where there is a fan. My wife went to the bar to order us some drinks and an appetizer. The fan is about six feet away from the actual bar itself and adjacent to the elevator. Almost immediately we were told by the manager, Glen, that we needed to move as he could not have a child AT the bar. My wife explained that our child was not at or near the bar and that I had planned to stand with her under the fan, and not come over to the bar. He would not budge on this issue and I was forced to go sit in the sun while she finished the order. The odd thing is that we frequently order from the Bongo’s beach bar downstairs when we stop by for a sunset drink while out walking, and we have the kid and stroller with us, and they don’t seem to care. It is what it is; we walk to nearly every beachfront venue on St Pete Beach, grab a beer from the bar and go sit near the sand to watch the sunset, with our kid, and it hasn’t been a problem before now. Back to the food; we got the scallops appetizer. They come on a bed of risotto. At $ 15 it was a bit on the pricey side given the smaller size of the scallops, but the taste and preparation were excellent so can’t really complain. On the drink side, we went with our go to Long Islands; they were pretty decent, not as strong as some places, and not as cheap at $ 9/ea, but then I’m willing to contribute a few extra $$ for the rooftop view you get here as they’re the only place we can walk to that has such an incredible view, outside. To the folks who have been sending me nasty comments about ordering a drink when my kid is present… your life must be very unfulfilling. I am very involved in my child’s life and having an adult beverage in her presence is not going to ruin her life. I get to walk to the sand to see the sunset nearly every day of the year, I like to have my family with me, I like to have a beer or drink while doing so; deal with it.
