Applebee’s

Watched the CEO on CNBC. She introduced the wood fired grill. Tried the 6oz sirloin steak, so delicious and taste of the wood grill, mmmmm. Had the 4 cheese Mac with bacon, and garlic mashed potatoes. Equally as good. Great service too. The bar was completely empty, don’t allow smoking any more, oh well, eat the great food and go to a smoking bar for the parting, such as Show Me’s

Applebee’s is receiving four stars because they entertained my toddler better than any other restaurant. They have their electronic game pad at each table, and my kid played with it the whole time while the four adults conversed. The food was good but nothing fabulous.

I love Applebee’s and this one always provides excellent service. I come here to meet my wife for lunch because it’s right by her office on Kisker. I LOVE the tablets, you can order and pay whenever your ready!!! LOVE it!

We had a great experience last night! We placed two orders due to people coming late and when the order that was placed second came about five minutes before the one placed first the manager came over apologized and took our apps off the bill. We weren’t upset about the timing and didn’t complain or anything they just felt it was not how things «should have gone.» We were shocked. Appreciated the proactive nature of the manager and desire to have every experience be the best possible. We WILL be back.

Gotta give a shout out to Krista who waited on our table of 8 with ages 1 through 61. She did a great job giving our table great service!

This is a great restaurant with a great atmosphere, great staff, and great food! So many fries!!! I think everyone should go here for a good family friendly meal.

I usually have an awesome time here. Burger was all grease, fries were all salt and the server felt the need to correct the kids a couple times. Not like they were rude, just curios kids asking questions. haha maybe no more lunch here, dinner only.

Its Applebees… The food is pretty meh… OK Burgers; most everything else on their menu is microwaved. This location has good service at least; if you go in prime dining times it can get pretty crowded and loud in here. Not my favorite place, but its not horrible either.

Just the other day I was just telling Sarah how I wonder how any of these stay open. I haven’t heard in ages anyone say «Hey let’s go to Applebee’s». Sure enough the next day, Sarah got a gift card to here for Christmas, so off we went. Since the last time I visited they redid the menu a bit, and added a bit more things. I still just got their cheap steak, and garlic mashed potatos. When I was younger, I came here often with my friends in Eureka, because that was one of the only places we had to go. The one thing that didn’t change is their «Perfect Margarita». I’ve always enjoyed that, and usually always get it, when I do happen past here. I know a lot of these has closed, and I wonder if the rest will follow suit, or if the people that don’t like trying new smaller/​independent places will keep this chain alive. All in all, it was an okay experience on this last visit. My steak was cooked correctly, and the service was pretty good as well. I won’t be returning (unless another gift card dropps in my lap), but that’s only because I try to support the little guy and avoid chains when possible.

Had a great night of good food and excellent service. We split the spinach dip appetizer and the deep fried fish. Both were good. The fish was light and not greasy. The server we had was attentive, sometimes so quick we didn’t notice my husband had a refill of his drink. Love going a bit later in the evening past the rush. By far my favorite location in the chain.

Almost a 5 star. Been here twice and the service was friendly both times. The drinks were taken and brought out quickly but the food took a little longer than I thought it should have. It wasn’t very busy, about 3pm. The waitress apologized and said they forgot one of the items I ordered. The food was very well cooked and presented nicely. The cheese for the pretzels was lacking in quantity and burnt a little. Other than that very good. Very clean restaurant.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 5 years since it opened. We come most weeks on Wednesday and after church on Sunday. We bring a large group and the staff is always helpful and accommodating. Most of the wait staff know us on a first name basis even! Very pleased with this location.

Arrived with a large group at 11:30 on a Friday night and they treated us very well. The sliders and fries were yummy! The onion rings come with a standard BBQ sauce, but they really tasted good late on a Friday night.

Excellent food. Amazing, even. My wife had the Asiago Peppercorn Steak. She loved it — and she is hard to please. I had the Bourbon Street Steak. Mouth watering good. Tasted like I was down in N’Awlins or down in the bayou, no lie. Many years ago I attended an air Force friends Cajun wedding in a Parish south of New Orleans. Everyone brought their best Cajun dish. Believe me, I learned to love Cajun food then. It can be spicy without being hot, and usually is. Applebee’s Bourbon Street Steak actually brought back fond memories of that food (and of the Cajun girls)
and how dayam good it was. All six of us at the table throughly enjoyed our food and it made a good evening great. Always have liked Applebee’s food and service. This Mid Rivers location is excellent. I highly recommend it.
