Lots to pick from but not a lot in my size. I came in for motorcycle boots, but ended up buying cowboy boots. I really liked the pair I picked out, but I was slightly disappointed I couldn’t get what I came for. The employees were willing to help and asked me more than once if I was finding everything ok. I would defiantly come back for another pair.

Not an impressive experience, but we did find what we were looking for. Prices seemed really steep, I’m assuming they have a huge overhead. Didn’t really have much in the way of customer service until we were about to leave.

I have a raging confession to make: I love boots. Big boots, cowboy boots, my army combat boots, you name it. My aldo shoes were starting to see better days, so I decided to do a bit of shoe shopping to find the perfect boot. One that fit my foot, was comfortable and relaxing, but did not break my bank. I shopped at Chuck’s boots before and I did purchase a pair of boots here that were on sale for $ 60, which I thought was a bargain. Was I able to find a pair of boots comparable at the same price? Read on… I walked into the store and I was greeted immediately by a nice big tall guy who asked me what I was looking for… earned one star. He was nice enough to show me where the boots were at. I gave him my specifications, nothing fancy, something extremely comfortable and within a decent price range. He just showed me where the boots were at: that was it. I went and looked around their offerings of boots. Holy crap, these boots were extremely expensive! If you are on a budget, NONE of these boots are priced under $ 100. The only boot that I found that was around $ 70, in my price range by the way, was a custom tailored boot that had to be ordered from some warehouse, which is a ten day delivery time period. In other words, they did not carry that specific boot in stock. The other pair of boots that I wanted, I could have found at at half their price. Chuck Boots, why are you pricing yourselves out of existence? I was there, at a time where people were getting off of work, and almost nobody was in the store, besides me, and a few other stranglers. I ended up leaving the store extremely disappointed that I wasn’t able to find my perfect pair of boots. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to their store, not unless their management sets better prices on their products.

I love boots and they have so many choices! Wish I could afford them all!
