Honestly, the customer service is not very good here. I requested a couple of different quotes on a few different things and the only time and way I was able to obtain that information was to show up and find out the status of said quotes. They would never call or email like they say they would.
In addition, frequently, I would get told that they were still ‘waiting for more information’ before giving me a quote on something. Seriously? Even if they have to go outside of the store for something to get done, how can it take much more than a phone call or two to obtain the information?
If you are planning on having any custom work done, take your services elsewhere. The only reason why they get two stars instead of one is that they do have a wide selection of items, so if it is in stock, you are good to go. Otherwise, don’t waste your time.
