Jade Nails

I would give this place NO stars if I had the option! I was physically GRABBED by a male employee…
I had fake, acrylic nails put on– with white French Tips. After I already paid, I was sitting at the UV nail drying station. Not even a minute under the UV lamps, I noticed the white was starting to look cracked on my nails and was already chipping. The airbrush paint must have been old.
I brought this to the attention of the woman who did my nails. She just started at them and started mumbling in another language to another employee. She ran outside and an elderly male worker came in from smoking a cigarette. They both studied my nails and then insisted they re-​do them, but was already there for an hour and a half (to get my old nails taken off, new ones on and airbrushed) I kept declining and saying «No! I do not have time (or patience) to have you re-​do my nails» over and over. I kept asking if I could have some sort of credit and come back in a couple of days. They told me no. So, I said «forget it» and started to leave. The male worker started following me, yanked me by my arm and pulling on my purse and «ordered» me to stay! I was so upset and startled! I ran out, locked my self in the car and called St Peters Police. THREE OFFICERS came, because they said similar situations and complaints such as this have happened at this salon before. In the end, the Police couldn’t do anything, but they did ‘make’ the woman who did my nails refund my whole charge– LUCKILY. I contacted the BBB with this complaint but of course, the workers just ‘dismissed it’. I will never, ever go back here again…

Very nice people, quick service. I will be back.

I really was not impressed with service or cleanliness here. I will not return.
