I keep giving them another chance because they always give me another complete meal free to make up for the order being screwed up. Tonight we had to wait 1 hr 45 minutes to get cold pizza. Rediculous. I’m done with Pizza Hut delivery.

Hey everyone, check out this ‘pan’ pizza we just received from pizza hut on jungerman, I posted the pictures in the picture section… When we called to complain the manager did not seem to care at all, not to mention they kept hanging up on us when we called, and refunded my card. The breaded bone in wings also arrived boneless… now I have to trash this pizza that’s not even cooked because if we eat it we will get sick and we now do not have dinner… geeeeee thanks #pizzahut

I am giving two stars ONLY because I love the pizza at Pizza Hut! But… for service? I’d give zero stars if I could. I decided to have Pizza Hut for dinner tonight. So, I placed an order online, and got the pizza I wanted. I requested to pick up my pizza an hour from the time I submitted my order. Of course, this location is notorious for not having my order ready at the requested time. So, I kept this in mind. I walk in, and who is at the front counter? NOBODY! I see a couple employees talking in the back, with one with her back to the counter. Nobody comes up front, or even acknowledges the fact that a customer is up front. I saw another employee walk by, and he saw me… and did nothing. Finally, the employee with her back to the counter turns around. Turns out, she is the one working the front counter! Nice.(Sarcasm here.) The employee asks if I’m picking up an order, confirms my name, and tells me my amount. I pay, and she returns my change. Aside from the slow service, all is fine. The employee gets my pizza for me, and per their policy, opens the box for me to look at it.(If they don’t, it’s free. There’s a sign stating such.) She asks, «Does everything look alright to you?» I look at my pizza, and it looked fine, so I respond with, «Yes.» The employee doesn’t say anything, looks at my pizza, and tells me she’ll be right back. I wonder why… everything looked fine to me! I hear her say to another employee, «This wasn’t cut all the way though.» I will say that I appreciate her taking care of this for me, especially since I was unaware it wasn’t cut.(I still had my sunglasses on, so I really couldn’t tell.) The employee then comes back up front, and the phone rings. She answers it, and takes care of the customer. An employee comes back up front carrying my pizza, and asks, «Is this yours, sir?» I thought he would open it for me to look at it. Nope. Getting frustrated(and hungry)…I say«Yes,» and take the pizza. I like to nibble on my pizza in the car, so I open the box. I had requested a square cut. My entire family prefers pizza cut that way. MYPIZZAWASNOTSQUARECUT! Even more frustrated by this point, I take a bite and contemplate whether or not I want to go back in to say something. Considering the extremely slow service, as well as my hunger, I decided not to. Extremely disappointed tonight. Service was awful and my pizza wasn’t cut the way I requested. I even took a pic with a slice of my pizza and the receipt which clearly states my request, «SQUARECUT, PLEASE.» I hope management can do something to improve service here. It’s lackluster.

Always a favorite. Pizza Hut. Fast food pizza. Always great when you het surprised guest over. Kids best pick.
