Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers

I went here today for my first time and it was wonderful!!! The girl that gave me my food was very kind and warm. Our food was hot and so yummy! We will be back!

I went through their DT today and ordered 5 combos and 6 extra toasts for my family. Paid almost $ 44.00! When I got home, I found out i was missing my 6 toasts. I had to drive back up there to get my missing toasts and the manager didn’t even apologize. She went ahead and replaced it. And when I asked for a corporate number, she said they don’t have it. She immediately offered me a refund for one of my meals and then said sorry. Very irritating! If only I knew they didn’t have a great customer service I should have not came. Don’t get me wrong. Food is great. It is just the service and the way they handle guest complaint, is way too unprofessional. I won’t be back to this location!

Love the chicken! Unlike most fast food chicken there is more chicken than breading and it is always fresh and hot!

These Chicken Fingers are fabulous!!! Fries, slaw, and Texas toast were good too. The Cane’s sauce was disappointing because it had very little tang and just tasted like pepper but overall the meal was great!!!
The drive thru employee on the other hand… Was not so pleasant. She was rude and should have stayed home in bed today. I asked for BBQ sauce and apparently that was offensive to her. She said (very snotty) «we don’t have BBQ we have Cane’s». When I asked for more ketchup her smart response was «I already gave you 4». I felt like saying «Well thanks but unless any additional packets come directly out of your paycheck can I please have a couple more?»
Regardless of my experience with this one unhappy employee, the food was good enough that I would definitely return a 2^nd time.

Great food! Always hot and fresh chicken. Good quality. Fries are always hot, and the Texas toast is always hot and buttery. Good service too! Employees were very polite and efficient. Food court location great for a quick bite to eat while running errands. We will definitely be coming back.

I hate writing negative reviews but had to warn everyone that reads this. I am basically in shock right now. I went through the drive thru and ordered the 25 finger pack 4 fries and 4 cole slaws. Not cheap-​almost $ 40. I asked for extra sauce because the last time we ordered it, there wasn’t enough sauce. Girl asked me how many I wanted and I said 3. She didn’t inform me that sauce cost extra and proceeded to charge me without telling me. I promptly asked for a refund and yes I was pissed. I don’t know of anywhere in St. Louis that charges for extra sauce… do you??? If I had ordered 1 meal and asked for 3 extra then yeah, I’d get the charge so people don’t take advantage, but even then they would tell you there was a charge right? Nickel and dime people like me and you’ll be out of business. I was going to use them for a party, but no way can I justify spending $ 500 with a company that treats me that way.

Okay I’m going to get the bad stuff out of the way first. This one may be a minor one to you guys but it is a huge one to me! They don’t have my main source of life there. They don’t have… BBQ SAUCE! I got there and I am addicted to BBQ Sauce and they didn’t have it! What kind of chicken fingers place doesn’t have BBQ sauce? I had to go over to Charley’s to get BBQ Sauce.
But now that the bad is out of the way, I thought this place had delicious, real food! It tasted like real chicken to me! And my mom loved the cole slaw, and I loved the fries. I will be returning, just with my own BBQ Sauce

Great food — delicious chicken fingers and good sides. Restaurant is new — clean and modern. Only negative is the rude employees, which in an area with a ton of choices, makes a difference.

I love Cane’s Chicken tenderloins, cole slaw, fries, & Texas toast! I visit here about 1x per week & the food is always perfect. This has become my absolute favorite restaurant for chicken. This music is also very fun & upbeat.
What a great place to get amazing, simple, homecooked-​feeling food.
I also recommend the Sweet Tea… So amazing & fresh!

Very good food. My husband and I tried it yesterday and each got chicken fingers, cole slaw (well, that’s what I got — hubby doesn’t like cole slaw so had extra fries instead), fries, and Texas toast. My only complaint is that that is literally all they had on the menu — no applesauce, fruit cup, salads, etc. I get that they specialize in chicken fingers, but it would be nice if they could have a little bit more of a variety like the large majority of other fast food restaurants.

What a joke. I just visited the canes on mid rivers that just opened. I was hesitant because it was my first time there but I chose to give it a shot. Not only was the chicken cold but the «cane sauce» they said to have put extra on my sandwich like I asked had seep so much into the bun that it was a different color. Old? I’d say so. And they charged me extra for that? The strips that looked plentiful on the menu were the size of my thumb. And I only got three pieces. The kaiser roll they used literally crumbled when I touched it. There was so much bread and so little chicken that the only bites I took were just bread. How enjoyable. And don’t get my started on the fries. The fries were cold and about the size of a golf pencil. Wonderful. I asked the woman at the window in the kindest voice possible to have extra sauce on the sandwich. She actually rolled her eyes and said shed tell him. Little did she know she left the window open. Not once did she ask for extra sauce. How rude. Never again will I visit that canes. Maybe another one though for the benefit of the doubt.

We frequently go to the Mid Rivers Mall Raising Cane’s on Friday nights as children eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. I’m pretty sure most of the dining establishments at the mall extend the same offer. However, we keep coming back to Raising Cane’s because the food does not taste processed or like it came off of an assembly line. The food is always hot and fresh.
We may have to wait about five minutes for our food but our french fries are hot out of the friers as are the chicken strips. On the sandwich combo they use a generous sized piece of dark green lettuce. They do not use the junky iceberg lettuce. If I had to guess, I think they use a good Romaine Lettuce.
Their Cane’s Sauce is creamy and is slightly peppery. It has a hint of spice. It’s very good for dipping my fries and my chicken fingers. I’m certain it would be good on just about anything.
Their lemonade is made from fresh lemons, water and sugar and tastes just like what lemonade should taste like. It is very refreshing. They also offer sweet and unsweet tea that they brew in the store which is always fresh and refreshing.
And the service is what really keeps us coming back. Now, we do go there at least once a month… maybe twice a month so they do know us (my husband, my children, and myself) by name and actually remember what we order so they generally start preparing our order before we even make it to the register. I really do like that they made an effort to remember our order and names.
If they aren’t too busy and we are seated nearby their area in the food court, they sometimes bring our order to our table and offer to refresh our beverages and bring them back to our table.
I think it’s great that they do such a great job on the big things but also offer those small things that make us feel special and keep us coming back.

Cane’s chicken fingers are so good, that it’s worth stopping in off the interstate to find this mall’s food court. Wish we had them in KC!

We made our second visit here on ⁶⁄₂₈ — we hadn’t intended on going; but we were at the mall for something else and decided to grab some dinner. Everything I said in my initial review stands; we even ordered the same food. The service was friendly and reasonably fast considering they cook to order; the food was tremendous again as well. I was definitely glad to see there was no drop off from our last visit a month ago as sometimes newer restaurants suffer from that. But that is not the case here and we still strongly recommend it.
