This is the worst Taco Bell in St Charles for prompt and accurate service. I’m considering in never going back because I always have had some type of problem at this Taco Bell. Food is lousy and made very sloppy.

Since I have to give it a star, it’s only one. Not customer service friendly, slow, and dirty! I will never come back during the day! Got out of the car HOPING to get faster service, well, I picked the wrong line! They could care less! Idiots!!!

Also known as the «Slow Bell». I think they hand roll the tortillas its so bad. No, this has to be by far the slowest Taco Bell in Saint Charles County. They also cant fold burritos and frequently mess up my orders by leaving out items. Furthermore, the drive through line is frequently backed up. All. The. Time. Several times Ive seen the staff goofing off behind the counter while people have been in line upwards of 15−20+ minutes. Whoever is running the show there needs to fire several managers and clean up their crew.

Went to this taco bell at 1am. Drive thru said they were open, but after sitting at the ordering menu for 5 minutes we realized no one was working. Lights were on though. I think no one FELT LIKE working. Last time we’ll stop there after work!

I went through the drive thru and placed a simple order and they even asked for what sauce we’d like and we didnt get any, or napkins or a receipt and to top it all of when we arrived home minutes later was discovered my my 3 year old that her cinnabon delights were half cold, hard and had no brown sugar or cinnamon on them thus being un edible and my loaded potato griller was the sadist thing ever maybe 1 table spoon of cream with 2 hash browns and little bacon bits. it was basically all tortilla needless to say what a waste of $ 10 and it use to be our favorite place to go for food and now i see that they must have hired stupid people to handle our food… i hope i dont have food poisoning now! UGH… I never make complants and i had to for this reason.

Late night tacos are what dorm parties and «my boss is an asshole» beer binges are all about. Taco Bell has this on lock!
After the Blues game last night, I was hungry, as was Mrs. S, so we stopped in for a couple soft shells and some nachos. As always, the food was good, and more filling than it looks.
I’m giving Taco Bell the 3 star treatment because short of late night binges, I just don’t like to eat this food. There’s nothing wrong with it, I just don’t crave it at all unless I’ve been drinking like a fish, and this fish hasn’t seen water for a long while. Even last nights stop was a last second cave in moment when I felt it was important for Mrs. S to get a win in the «where are we going to eat» argument.

Since this a chain, I’m reviewing the store, not the food… tend to be friendlier and faster than most Taco Bells. Also, I generally hit this one at lunch and have never had to deal with a lunch rush, which is a big plus…
