All Pest & Termite Control

Absolutely terrible service! Dave came and sprayed our house for termites about 2 months ago, after about a week we noticed that they were still there, our kitchen counters were covered in little pieces of wood. So, we called All Pest and Termites control and left them a message, because no one answered. (contract says, they guarantee no termites for a year and if they are still there they come and respray) We never got call back from them, so we called again and spoke with the women, she said, that Dave will contact us, it took him a week to come for a minute, he said, that he missed one spot when he sprayed first time and it was his fault, termites are still there. It was Monday. Dave promised us to be in our house on Wed. He never showed up (needless to say, I had to wipe my kitchen counter and everything I had on it daily from that nasty wood dust.) He didn’t even call to say he is not coming… So we called them again and they said, Dave will be there Fri morning. He NEVER CAME AGAIN, not a phone call, nothing. Dave scheduled appointments with us 5 times and never showed up once, never even called ‚(every time I had to empty the cabinet and put everything back again). Disrespectful, unprofessional people! I would never recommend this company to any of my friends, absolutely awful! Save yourself a big headache and go elsewhere!

Always show up when I call and take care of business promptly and professionally.
