AVOID this place!!! I spent 20 minutes on «their» website looking for a waist-​apron for a yard sale, found one for $ 4.50, then drove out to the actual business the next day to be shown ONE apron (the website had over 20 options). Oh — and the one apron was DOUBLE the online price!
I explained that the website had a huge selection, to which the sales lady said, «Oh, the website’s still up, we thought it was shut down?» I explained it was very much up and running and was set up so that you could place an online order.
Then the mgr. came by and started to give me this LOOONG explanation about how the website was supposed to have been closed and they now have nothing to do with it (even though THEIR physical address and picture were on the site). He said they even get phone calls about people complaining that they haven’t received their online orders and he has to explain that they don’t do online business anymore! Did you not have a CLUE that there was something wrong, dude?
SO, I go to pay for my stupid bait-​and-​switch apron, just under $ 10, I hand him my card and guess what? He said there’s a $ 10 minimum!!! Later, jerk.
GREAT businessman, GREAT customer service, said me, never ever ever!
