Went in for some hair color and the staff was so helpful and friendly! Crystal is particularly, she was knowledgeable on all the products they carry and helped me find exactly what I needed and more. Would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I walked in to sign up for a member card and the ladies were so rude and made me very uncomfortable. Very strict and would not accept my license status on the actual department of business website itself. A paper card does not tell your current status but anyway… Extremely rude and stand off-​ish. Will only go to the Tampa location. I even gave a second chance and brought in my paper license and was informed I cannot purchase hair color as a facial specialist because «it is a chemical». I know rules are rules and I respect that. But… I can purchase a chemical that will burn your skin off on purpose but not hair color… Silly. All would be fine with that but the lady told me this in a judgemental and rude tone. Not necessary.

Worst customer service from employee named michelle. I hope that’s how you spell her name. She told me to make sure I spelled it right when I call the corporate headquarters on her. If she is the best employee they can get your better off going to another one of the competeters. very unproffesional staff. I will direct my employees elsewhere for there hair care needs.

Has a lot of the top brand professional products that you cannot purchase at Sally’s Beauty supply. Occasionally out of an item. Must have a nail or cosmetology license. Strictly for the professional.
