I never really cared for this place but it was a local landmark. Now Dave has finally sold the business, to an undisclosed purchaser and had a huge garage sale selling all the kitshy trash that’s been hanging around the place for yeats(not the patrons, the decorations!) It will be interesting to see what comes here next. This place has housed some interesting entertainment over the years so hopefully the buyer will make it an even better location!

I’ve driven past this place for nearly 7 years and never noticed it! But a friend wanted to see a band there. It’s easy to miss amongst the adult stores, strip clubs, and the dog track, but it’s a little gem! Nice size stage inside and a bar that holds, um, not sure. 150? Small venue but a great place to see live music. Full liquor bar and a somewhat decent beer selection. Only problem is the bathrooms. They often clog and you’ll have to «wander outside.» So pee as often as you can while you can use the can. Ha. And the smoke. It’s a smokers bar. It’s attached to a package/liquor store that’s open until 3am. So get some booze to go. Overall, great place to watch live music. And the Dave that’s on the sign, he’s actually there!

Great little blues bar off the beaten path. When you walk in the door, you can definitely feel the history of the place. The bartender was very friendly and made our stay there that much better. The bar seems to have live music nearly every night of the week ranging from a modern dj club mix to old style blues and jazz. They also offer several open jam nights with the house bands. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a night of music history and something out of the norm for the area.
