Drive thur is the way to go at this establishment. Even when then they are backed up they get the cars through at a fast pace. Orders are consistently right and those rare exceptions when there are they get fixed and then some. Parking kinda sucks if you decide to go in with the nail salon up front. You also get to see some of the local folks that live in the area which makes this a great spot to people watch.

OK… I’ll start by saying that the gentleman who I believe is a manager, Chris(long braids) is amazing. Super nice guy. When he is running the window/drive-through, things flow and your order comes out(9 times out of 10) correct. So this review is in no way a reflection on him! This facility however, needs more workers like Chris. I don’t know what is happening here but lately they’ve had a really tough time getting my order correct. Hardly anyone repeats your order back to you at the speaker. Today(like previous days) I had to pull forward and wait for my order. When the young man brought my order out it was wrong. After I told him what I ordered, I waited, and my order came out wrong AGAIN! Do people have a hard time hearing? Are the headsets for the drive-through that crappy that the workers cannot hear the orders? Or, are they just not paying attention? I’ve been coming to this DD for years because the service has always been spot on(until recently) and the workers were always super nice. I’ve noticed a change in both. Chris needs some good help! Hope this company will get him some! And Chris, if you are reading this, thank you! YOUROCK!!!

A truly subpar DD… repeated my muffin & simple hot coffee order TWICE in drive-there just now & when I pulled up she’s standing there trying to hand me an iced coffee, no muffin. What exactly was she listening to over the speaker both times I SLOWLY gave her my order?!! I wouldn’t know bc when I immediately told her that wasn’t correct & my order again, she provides no explanation, no apology, just a blank stare. Oh, and my coffee w 1 cream was lukewarm. Sorry excuse for my beloved DD. Will share this experience via DD app visit feedback, hoping someone w DD is listening. Signed, confused DD Perks member

This DD is one of the best. Everything is fresh, the workers are super friendly and the place is clean. My one missing star is for DD on a corporate level. All of these hot foods they’ve added to the menu are great, but it is killing their service times, especially during peak hours in a busy location. These workers are busting their a$$es with smiles on their faces, but to get an order in under 10 minutes is nearly impossible. DD needs to go back to donuts, pastries and coffee and watch their service improve.

This is the friendliest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The staff is always helpful and fast. I’ve never received a wrong order here. They’re always helpful when I ask for recommendations. The wonderful man with dreads is by far the nicest! I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin’.

I love my coffee. I had a few minutes between work and class so I decide to stop for a pick me up. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it was happy hour! $.99 iced coffee from 3 – 6. Heck yeah! You won’t hear me complain. The service was super speedy. I pulled up to the drive through and was immediately greeted by a friendly associate. As I pulled up to the window he promptly handed me my coffee and I paid and was on my way. Took less than 3 minutes. That’s a huge plus for a girl on the go! I’ve been to this location numerous times before and haven’t had a bad experience. It can be pretty busy in the mornings but service is always good. Dunkin Donuts food can be a little on the skimpy side. I just stick to a standard coffee(hot or iced) with cream and sugar. Although sometimes I have to slip up and grab a donut. The everything bagel toasted with cream cheese is usually a good call also. Enjoy!

Dropped in last night about eight. two people ahead of me at the counter but a friendly cashier took my order in less than a minute. Ordered an iced coffee, which I got about a minute later even as they were busy with drive-thru orders. Dining floor was empty, so I had the TV to myself. Since CNN is not my fave, I left after a few minutes. Tables and floor spotlessly clean. About six tables, each with four chairs. Smaller tables with two chairs along the wall. Pleasant place with friendly service.

The best way to feel full until lunch is a 25 pack of munchkins! MMMmmmMMMM… MUNCHKINS! I went into work early today and skipped breakfast and knew the best way to be productive was with a nice full feeling and an extra large coffee. Why not take a little detour through the Dunkin Donuts Drive-thru… Overall the munchkins were delightful and the service was very friendly. However the coffee was a bit to hot. It takes a little more than an hour for me to get to work and the coffee was so hot that I could not drink it for the first 45 minutes. Better hot than cold, I guess, but next time I will have to either ask for more than two creams or have them add a little ice. Dunkin Donuts is supposed to be fast food. However the drive-thru was anything but fast. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:45 and did not get out until slightly after 7. I hoped to be early to work, and I still made it in early, but nowhere as early as I hoped, I probably should have made my own breakfast. Moreover, when I got up to the speaker to give my order, 4 minutes of silence, not even a «welcome we will be with you in a moment.» Eventually I said, HELLO!!!” That got me a response. I ordered a 25 pack of munchkins, assorted, but with more jelly filled. JELLYFILLEDMUNCHKINSAREAWESOME. I also got an extra large coffee, two creams, no sugars. It is much easier to order coffee at Dunkin Donuts than Starbucks. WHATISGRANDE!?! When I finally got up to the window the staff was very nice, and the man working apologized for my wait, but they should have asked me to wait and not just let me sit at the speaker. Also there was gooey jelly filling on the handle of my munchkins box. It took me 15 minutes to get the stickiness off my hands. I guess that’s what I get for asking for extra jelly filled munchkins. The donut holes(munchkins) were very fresh and very good. The coffee was a bit too hot, but better that than cold. But the 3 star rating is based on my wait: 15 minutes total and 4 minutes of unresponsive waiting time at the speaker. If they had extra staff working, the drive through could have moved much faster. Even with the long wait during the morning rush, they should have asked me to wait instead of letting me linger and wonder whether the drive-thru even registered my vehicle. A final note. My first job as at a place called Tim Hortons. They have them up north, mostly in Ontario(Canada) but also in New York and Michigan. Tim Hortons has AMAZINGCOFFEE!!! Dunkin Donuts does not even compare. But more than that, I want to comment on the commercialization of donuts. Tim Hortons used to have a deep fryer in the back and they made donuts from scratch. During my time there, they switched over to the Dunkin Donuts business model. That business model involves shipping in frozen donuts and heating them in an oven. They still taste good, and they are much more consistent in shape. Most importantly(from the business owner’s perspective) there is less waste, you can make donuts as you need them, less guessing involved. But FRESH and from SCRATCH is always the best if you are a customer. Dunkin Donuts will never get 5 stars until they get deep fryers in the back and make donuts from scratch! And I will always miss that delicious Tim Horton’s coffee. Now to finish on a positive note, the staff had great customer service, I am sure the long wait was because management had the store understaffed(or maybe someone called in, I should not jump to conclusions). Anything to cut costs, right? And even though the donuts were not from scratch, they tasted very good, and the jelly filling was, well, very filling!!!

Why are they so friendly?, or is the real question why is t every place you go just as friendly to visit?
