The roaches here are HORRID! And the rats are even worse! The office staff wouldn’t know what customer service is if it hit them in the face. They are rude and unwilling to help with the most simple requests or questions. There is, or used to be, a lady there name Leah who is incredibly rude all the time and will lie about anything and everything right to your face.
Not even close to enough parking. They will charge you with a bunch of random fees when you move out including an «unpaid balance» which they make up at random, even if you put in MORE than 60 days notice. The maintenance staff never comes out, which is a nightmare considering the air conditioner stops working a week or two after move in. They paint the bath tub to make it look new when you move in, and then it starts chipping and peeling off after about a week. The «wood» vinyl flooring starts to peel up at the edges in the bathroom and kitchen after about a month. The neighbors are mostly angry crack heads and they never get better. We went two days without water because they fail to do regular maintenance on the property, and when we called to ask why there was no running water they screamed at me on the phone for calling them about «something so obvious». There are leaks all over the building, and liquid will randomly drip down your walls, ruining any artwork or photos you have hanging. The «dishwasher» doesn’t work, and maintenance just tells you «it’s a hard water problem, just buy some Jet Dry» without even looking at it to see that it doesn’t even turn on. The washer and dryers don’t work, they just eat your quarters and then will randomly stop mid cycle. They charge you extra per month to have a patio or balcony and then charge you fees for having patio furniture or plants. The office staff has been known by tenants to steal mail and even your rent checks! There are fleas all over the property. The «sparkling swimming pools» are never cleaned or maintained.
The worst thing is… They give tenants gift cards to write good reviews online about them to trick new people into moving in. Do yourself a favor, do NOT move in here!

Roaches… Inefficient, uncaring staff, roaches, no parking spots enough, roaches, uncaring, clueless manager, bad, unskilled maintenance, roaches, loud noises at night when you’re trying to sleep, the property is falling apart in pieces… Oh, did I mention they have absolutely no pest control?
