We called ahead of time to see if they had a Movado bold motion smart watch on a metal bracelet. We called ahead to make sure we wouldn’t be wasting our time because of the long drive. They said they had the watch in stock and when we arrived we found out that they actually didn’t. I was very upset I called ahead of time because I’m ready to purchase a watch and a completely wasted my time. 40 miles round-​trip for absolutely nothing. Also snobby employees.

I love Jared (shocker, right?). Once you get beyond the initial awkwardness of walking in the front door and having the gazillion employees staring at you, it is a nice place. They always offer you refreshments while you look. You can watch through the glass as the experts mend and re-​size jewelry. They have a pretty large collection of jewelry and their staff is normally very knowledgeable. They also have warranties that you can purchase on all of their jewelry.
My Husband has purchased all of my jewelry here and I have never had any issues. I did have one piece loose a small stone after a lot of wear and tear. I took it back in and they replaced it after viewing my warranty. It was easy and they were able to do it that day. I recommend Jared anytime someone asks me about jewelry.
TIP– Guys: Surprise her with a trip here and let her pick out her favorite item. Trust me, you will get even more bonus points. Plus, you are sure she gets something she loves
