Fantastic! From Tim the salesman (who could always answer my questions very well!) to the crew the whole experience was outstanding! A+ I upgraded to the HD timberline series and with the superior peel & stick underlay I have confidence going into the rainy season and the rest of my life. The roof over our sunroom was leaking last year and we had Spicer Roofing come out to inspect it. They stated the gutter was not adequate to handle large amounts of water so they replaced it. A month later we were still having leaking issues. They came out again and said the shingles were old and needed to be replaced, as well as an issue with a vent that they replaced as well. Fast forward a few months we still have leaks. Now we might have a mold issue that we need to have inspected as well. We decided to call another roofing company and the new company said Spicer basically used tape to hold the shingles onto the metal roof which won’t do jack squat. Now it’s going to cost another $ 1500 to fix what Spicer already charged us over $ 1500 for doing absolutely nothing.
