Worst Sprint location I have been to yet. Dont get me wrong, Sprint is horrible to begin with already have had a bad taste in my mouth. First visit I came in tonhave my phone speaker looked at. They took my phone, came back about two mintutes later and said they fixed it. Not even close. Came back in around 8:15pm the next day. The employee told my they couldnt look at my phone because they already started inventory and to come back tomorrow. Store hours are till 9 by the way. Lol. Close your store at 8:15 then lazy ass! Sprint has turned into the new low end phone carrier similar to the ones that go out of business. This location again has proved it yet again. I cant wait for my phone to be paid off so I wont have to deal with Sprint any longer. See you again soon Verizon.

Memorial Day weekend came to an abrupt and sad end for me when I realized my iPhone was at the bottom of the bay.
Upon coming into the Sprint store, I was pretty pissed. However, joining my parents Friends and Framily was the most affordable situation I could fathom. I came out with a new phone, a monthly bill that was $ 40 less a month with unlimited everything.
Added to all of this was that my agent was funny and friendly which assuaged a crappy situation. Overall, I was pleased with my service.

Almost always a long wait to get help with something, and the answer is usually something I could have found online myself. It actually seems to me like the staff just goes onto the website and enters the information to tell you — but then they don’t stick to their word if you have to come back either. Example: I asked about the framily plan to one of the employees. He said you pay $X in addition to your contract for the phone and when the phone is paid off, you just pay for the plan. I asked how much it would cost us to change to that and he said $X. When I went back, I was told that was not correct? Just feels like an overall lack of training and lack of customer service here.

My issues have always been resolved. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but that’s probably because this is a busy location.
