Our A/​C went out during one of the worst times it could possibly go out in Florida, mid-​August. We contacted Sudduth Refrigeration, Inc. on a late Sunday afternoon, desperate for relief. Not only did they call back almost immediately from the time we left a voicemail, but basically already figured out the problem by the time I hung up the phone based only on my description of the situation and what the A/​C unit was doing. Understanding how miserable a family can be without air conditioning, SRI quickly fixed the problem the very next morning (only because a unique part had to be ordered or it would have been fixed that evening) and the house was cold by the time I returned home from work that afternoon. I cannot thank them enough for fixing our A/​C as fast as they did, with an honest assessment and estimate of the situation and very competitive rates during an emergency. I would highly recommend Sudduth Refrigeration to anyone that needs their A/​C fixed ASAP in the Tampa Bay area.
