I recently moved from California to the St Petersburg area and needed a storage unit for my furniture until escrow closed on my new home. I contacted Uncle Bob’s and explained that the moving company would be there before me and they needed to sign over the storage unit to me so I could get the furniture out of storage after escrow closing. They agreed to do this. When the moving company arrived they were told they could not sign over the furniture to me as we both had to be there at the same time in order to do that. Not possible as the moving company left days before I could depart California and they had to leave to continue their business. I phoned and asked the young woman at the storage unit to call her supervisor. She refused. It was a Sunday afternoon, but ftortunately my mover found another storage facility that accepted the furniture and signed it over to me.

Great service. Had a hectic day of packing and was running late. Showed up at 5:59 and Stuart greeted me with a smile. He took the time to help me pick the right unit, showed me both the upstairs and downstairs options. Convenient location, clean and secure.
