Called for an appointment to have my windows cleaned inside/​out on my vacation property in Miami Beach (small residential job/​2 sliding doors and 6 windows). They said they needed to come out to give a quote. I tried to explain the fact that it was a small job and all windows can be cleaned from the balcony. This is probably a 30 minute job for 2 guys. Anyway, I scheduled the quote and they showed up a day earlier than the agreed appointment and I wasn’t home. I rescheduled for the next day (the actual day of the original appointment) in the am. They never showed. I called them 3 times and they said they were on their way. They never showed. I never dealt with a more confused group and I think it is completely unprofessional to not show up. I WILL NEVER USE WINDOW GANG AND I SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER! By the way, I’ve never given a bad review of any company on Unilocal
