The cleaners just ruined my best winter coat. They packaged the coat and sent it home knowing they ruined the coat. When I unpacked the coat, I found they changed the color of part of the coat! When I took the coat back, the cleaners said it was a manufacturing error. They are sending the coat to be analyzed. How convenient for them! They are refusing to even refund the cost of the dry cleaning because they are paying for the analyzing.
Do not use this business, if you like your clothing!
