Ok, where to start. I cannot say enough how awesome this Company is!!! We had a major problem with the sewer lines at our rental in Keizer. Response was fast professional and THOROUGH! They discovered the problems quickly and just as quickly gave us a quote on the estimated cost. Not only was the job done quickly (1day, start to finish), but is was done without any unecessesary work or supplies. They took care of everything and had the house back up and running smoothly. They deducted amounts on the estimate for labor and parts that were not needed without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service. Don’t bother wasting your time looking for a drain and rooter service that is better or more economical because AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IT DOES NOT EXIST. I can’t thank them enough. What a great company! I had a clogged bathtub drain, and after trying a couple of remedies, decided I wasn’t going to mess around with old pipes and got a recommendation to call these guys. I called this morning, they had someone out within a few hours. The guy was very nice, especially when it came to the «help» of my large dog, and had things unclogged in short time. Very reasonably priced, too. I seriously can’t recommend them enough.

When the city of Salem randomly appeared at my door and announced I had a leak I flipped and then jumped on Unilocal to find a plumber. First of all, Unilocalers need to get to reviewing plumbers!
Once I saw my good friend Kyle R. had used this company and rate them five stars, I decided to give them a call. Plumber guy came out the following day and immediately found the leak. He said someone would call and quote us later. The following morning (0730) a truck was in my driveway and within an hour the leak was fixed. Two days and a reasonable price (haven’t gotten the bill yet – basing that on what the plumber said it should be).
I will use this company again.

Pretty, pretty good company. Had a sewer line drain plugged, and after many attempts to find the cause, they discovered a back-​flow device was at fault. They found one that fit our line’s specification and replaced it. And almost a year later, issue hasn’t returned. Costs are super reasonable. I believe they came out on like 4 separate occasions, and the total cost was only $ 400-​something. they even did a camera probe down my sewer lines. staff was super friendly, especially Jess. We just used Action Drain for a sewer line replacement using their ‘pipe bursting’ equipment which meant minimal yard impact. The price was reasonable, the crew was timely and professional and we were very pleased with the process.
