Mike came out to fix our AC and we were very pleased that he found out the issue was a blown capacitor, which was inexpensive. He replaced it immediately and waited to see if it worked correctly, which it did! We would highly recommend them!

I received a prompt call from mike regarding an issue with my furnace.
He came over extremely quick, explained everything to me, gave me reasonable pricing as well. I have to assume he is the owner because of the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

Responded to my online inquiry within minutes and came out to look at my furnace on the company’s week off for the holidays (at Mike’s suggestion, not mine!). Mike took one look at my furnace (oil heat) and told me that he’d be lying if he said he could do a better job than another company in town. As a first time homebuyer figuring things out as I go along, I appreciated his honesty more than I can say. Any company that approaches its work with that kind of attitude has my gratitude and recommendation!

Mike was the service technician that came out and serviced my air conditioning unit. I called at around lunch time and he was out with in the hour. He was prompt and very courteous. He was able to fix it with out ordering parts and did so with in a half hour or so. He was very sweet to my two year old who wanted to be at his feet the entire time. He was patient and even took a flower from her :-) The service was decently priced however, I may have been able to get it cheaper somewhere else it didn’t beat having someone be honest. The unit was old and he could have hussled me for a new one but didn’t. Thank you for such great service!
