Long wait times, bulls*it service, these jerks do not know the first thing about customer service, rude, fake and upsetting people who work here, they only want to make a commission off your misery. Trying to change the primary account holder is like pulling teeth, over the phone they said they did it, then coming in im told I’ll need my partner to be present so I can get a discount from the place I work. He came in with me twice before and got some lame excuse from these people. This business needs Customer service 101 classes stat! If I was the manager here I would have some serious work to do.

I have been to this store many times over the years. The service has always been nice and friendly, just not very fast. Expect almost always an hour to do any kind of transaction. 2 – 3 hours to upgrade phones or buy a phone, etc… Being that it is the only official ATT store in Salem we are kinda stuck going here. The other stores in Salem area are 3rd parties which may or may not be able to help us so we just go straight here.

Bought one charger for my IPhone from an AT&T store on the road. It became very, very hot. Bought another one while on the road which was not compatible with my phone. Both chargers have tags on them saying they are IPhone compatible. I was on the road both times, didn’t save my receipts. Go to return them to the store in Salem a few months later. They will not give me a refund, store credit or bill credit without a receipt. Both devices have AT&T printed in them. They sent me around to three different people before they decided they would do NOTHING to fix the problem. Would not recommend this store or the company. Very unhelpful.
