This place is amazing. The staff is great. I never have any problems. I love this place. Very friendly.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE OVERPRICED, RUDE AND HORRIBLE AT NAILS. I went here today, and they did a horrible job and then conned me out of forty five dollars. The workers and the customers are rude. I would not come back and would not recommend it to anyone. I tried to tell them that I didn’t like the nails they did and they said that I was wrong, and were extremely rude to me.

They were extremely rude to my friend and me. We tried to get acrylics as walk-​ins, they told us to come back in a half hour so we did, and then another woman asked what we wanted, and when we told her acrylics, she rolled her eyes at us and walked away, when she came back she said it would be another twenty minutes. So then after we waited for that long, we were being completely ignored.
I recommend going to see Trina at Top Line Nails instead, they are always super kind and high quality.

So first the person filling my pedicure bowl gets distracted and walks off… and my water overflows all over the floor and my socks and shoes. Then the other lady actually doing the pedicure stops in the middle of cutting my cuticles to go to the other side of the salon and I’m watching her on her phone for five minutes — I clocked it. She finally comes back and rushes through the rest of my pedi until it comes time to wrap my legs in hot towels — and tell me how my sister who started before me and whose person didn’t leave on the middle of the treatment is still not there yet? Either way, they both leave us for 20 minutes (again, I clocked it), and waving at other people, trying to get anyone else’s attention doesn’t work. Finally we are able to get them to come back and that was possibly the shittiest hot stone massage I’ve ever received. This is to say nothing of the nail polish application — the one that got messed up and instead of cleaning off she just covered over. We are sitting at the dryer and she comes up and asks how we are paying. The posted price for a deluxe pedicure is $ 35 and they wanted to up charge us $ 2 after horrible service for product we didn’t agree to pay for, that was never posted. This place is sheisty, and the only reason. I’m giving it 1 star is because 0 is not an option.

I went in and got serviced immediately. I just moved from Hawaii, so I needed to have a full gel set placed. I asked the gentlemen if he could do ballerina tips and it seemed like he understood; however, he ended up shaping my nail to a complete square. I nicely asked if he was done shaping because this is not what I wanted… he still didn’t get it so I asked for him to round the edges to get the square rounded tip. Thankfully, the gal in charge (so it seemed) fixed my nail shape, even though it’s not what I originally wanted. Word of advice, going to any salon, bring an IG or Pinterest pic and show them what you want, so you can get what you pay for…

Horrible! Took my daughter and her friend here. The guy was rude and The gal who did my toes kept changing her story on why she couldn’t give me a design. First time there and will never go back! Very poor customer service

My mother and I went there for pedicures. We were the first two people in the door when they opened, and we requested 2 DELUXE pedicures. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait because they had some appointments coming in. Fine, we wandered around the mall for 25 minutes or so. Even though we came back early, they took more people before us. We waited another 30+ minutes before being seated. When we reminded them we wanted deluxe pedicures, they told us no– that they said they had more appointments after us and didn’t have time.
Never have I had a business tell me I couldn’t get what I wanted like that.

I got my nails done here for prom and they did an okay job. I had to wait for about 25 min until I was finally able to get someone to help me. I asked for solar nails and a high school discount and came out to $ 38 but then the lady said it would be $ 39 since I didn’t take my own nail filler.

I didn’t realize I would have to pay $ 2 extra for a nail kit, and I would have brought mine from home if I had known.
My friend and I went on a Sunday as walk-​ins and they were very accommodating. We were able to get in chairs within 15 minutes. I asked for a pedicure ($ 25) and my friend wanted a pedicure and acrylics ($ 33).
It was one of the most uncomfortable pedicures I’ve ever had. The water basin looked moldy — it had a clear plastic covering in between my feet and the mold, but it was still very disconcerting to see it when I looked down.
I have one toenail that grows differently than the rest of them, and usually I ask the nail tech to leave it alone because they don’t know how to manage it like I do. The last few times I’ve been to have a pedicure at various places, the nail techs have been super gentle so I’ve put more faith in nail techs as a whole. My nail tech at Beauty Nails, however, scraped and cut around the nail to the point where I was visibly cringing. I’m usually pretty good when it comes to pain, but this was ridiculous. She asked if it hurt and I said «Yes, please stop.» But she didn’t until I started bleeding. I had been reading a magazine, and when I looked down I realized that actually a majority of my toes were bleeding. Ouch.
In addition to that, my toe nails are rounded, so now I’ll have to keep an eye out for in-​grown nails for the next couple weeks.
My other complaint is they didn’t offer me any disposable flip-​flops to walk across floor with my bare feet to the drying station, which caused dirt to stick all over my damp feet.
In summary, I liked that we were able to get in so quickly, but didn’t appreciated the way my poor toes were treated.

I’ve been here a couple of times and both I’ve had an amazing experience. Their customer service is nice as well as the upkeep of the place :) better if you call ahead because they can get pretty busy!
Other wise if their not busy walk-​ins welcome :)
