Bollywood Eyebrow Threading

This place is HORRIBLE! I went a couple of months ago & a very nice pregnant girl did a great job. I went today & the Indian girl that did my face was HORRENDOUS. She was so rough my eyebrows were bleeding not to mention on was significantly shorter. When I mentioned how unhappy I was she just looked at me with this stupid look on her face. I will never go back there again

Eyebrows were less than stellar and the wait was ridiculously long. Not worth it at all.

My eyebrows have been threaded by the same person (once in a while by her brother) from this salon for about 3 years, maybe more. I found them at first in Washington Square mall in Portland. I live in Corvallis, about 1.5 hours drive to the mall. I come to them once every 1 – 1.5 months. I had my eyebrows threaded at 4 different salons. This place is my favorite because they know the eyebrow shape I want without have to explain it to them and the result is always great too. Reasonable price. Great service. Then, not long ago they moved their business to Salem Center mall, I’m happy that I only need to drive 45 mins to see them.

To be honest, this place is a huge dissapointment. Don’t go there expecting to get your eyebrows threaded because there is no staff to assist you with it. Funny because I was pretty sure that their business name is «Bollywood Eyebrow Threading». In addition, the staff that was there, didn’t even greet me. As soon as I had walked in, they just frankly stated there was nobody doing eyebrows «today». Talk about customer service huh?

I love my eyebrows! The lady who did mine spoke broken English but she was very sweet and listened to my requests. I was very clear I didn’t want thin eyebrows as I’ve had bad experiences with waxing at salons in the past. She explained she threads the eyebrows to their natural shape. It was my first threading experience. It hurts a lot less than waxing and didn’t leave my skin red!

I took my 9 year old daughter to their Salem location today. She’s asked me to get her a Henna tattoo for literally 6 months and I finally broke down. As we were standing in line the staff member pulled 2 people out of the line that were behind us ahead and served them. Even after another customer told her we were there first. It was obvious they were acquainted by their conversation. While we were standing there the staff member accidentally struck my daughter with the chair as she reclined it and acted like she hadn’t. They treated her like she was invisible and unimportant no doubt because she’s only 9. She never did get her tattoo because the staff member was so rude and uncaring that I left. I am frustrated that they treated a child with such disregard. This was a huge deal for my daughter. She left disappointed and feeling ignored. I left disgusted. Poor customer service and a rudeness gets them a bad review from me. Wish I could give zero stars!
