Buono Panini

I took my daughter tonight around 5:30 Sunday. We had an extremely polite gentleman wait on us. He was the bartender and made a nice drink, handled tables well and could definitely multi task. The woman at the front checked on us to see how we were doing. She kept busy the whole time we were there cleaning menus etc. She may have been the owner or manager not sure. As far as the food we ordered two caesar salads which were plentiful with a great dressing. My daughter ordered steak tips which came with mashed potatoes and veggies. She thought the tips were probably the best she has had in along time and the mashed potatoes were also really good. I had Veal Marsala and the veal was perfectly cooked. The Marsala was not overbearing and the amount was just right along with real fresh mushrooms. We enjoyed the music and they have a real nice atmosphere. They try real hard to give a decent product. We will definitely come back.

We had dinner here last night. Overwhelmingly busy. A very young wait staff handled with complete professionalism. We had to wait a bit for our food but it arrived hot and delicious! I will strongly recommend to friends and family!

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Arrived at 5:50 only one table in use with two customers. We sat for 15 minutes no service. Meanwhile people are being seated and waited on. I then spoke to the hostess in private she apologized and said she would send a waitress to our table. Ten minutes later a waitress came to our table. She wanted to order immediately. I said before I order I would like to get a drink and hear the specials. She was put out by my comment. We ordered drinks 10 minutes later my husband received his drink but I did not. I asked where is my drink. I then said it been an hour and we still do not have a drink. We left the restaurant. First time I ever walked out of a restaurant. It’s not even a 1 star.

I have tried every place that was here since it was Alice’s Kitchen. While I was a wee little then, I remember purple and pancakes everywhere.
Fast forward to 2016. Very nice inside, «Pretty staff», Candlelite, I walked in wanting to really love this place. Food was good, I left hungry though. Ordered the Frutti Di Mare. My date ordered the chic, broc, ziti.
Nice presentation, big scallops and shrimp. Good flavor. I wasn’t knocked out of the park though for the price I paid. Pasta is cheap.
Bread was good with the oil, had to ask for more. again. its cheap and I asked for more. I was starving and wanted to spend my money… Feed me lol.
My date enjoyed her food, said she loved it. She took some home.
The eggplant Rolitini was tasty, Not the best I have ever had but was good…
My biggest pet peeve. The waitress. Cute girl, great build. Make eye contact with the person that is paying. It is common courtesy in the service industry. Maybe I am hideous but that annoyed me most.
I still left her a great tip. Would I go back? Probably. The test would be Veal Parm.
East Boston is where the best Italian comes from… Maybe that has skewed me…

Excellent food!
Looks like a converted IHOP but they put a lot of work into the building and it is quite impressive. The restaurant is Route 28 in Salem NH near the MA border.
The staff are courteous and attentive but not pushy. The food is delicious!!! We would highly recommend you check it out.

We just had steak tips and Buono Panini with angel hair pasta. Best tips around Buono Panini had shrimp in it and got it with chicken. Great dish. All the food is made to order. Highly recommended.

We started the meal with excellent Calamari very light crisp and very tender. It was delicious.
I had the Veal Parmesan, I have always been a tad disappointed when I order this dish locally but I was craving it last night and read very good reviews of the restaurant.
I grew up having family dinners in Little Italy in NY, Brooklyn and Arthur Avenue in the Bronx and most versions of this dish around here are dry and tough. But I was blown away by the veal last night. It was perfectly prepared very moist and the sauce was spectacular. The chef really knows how to prepare veal. I will order it again and it was the best I have had in years.
My sweetie had Chicken Marsala and enjoyed it very much as well.
My only issue was the price of the wine, $ 9.00 for a small pour of Kendall Jackson is very high.
But we will be back and cannot wait to bring the rest of the family. The service was very attentive and the staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Very nice spot for lunch. We stopped in after reading positive reviews and we were not let down. The panini are excellent and very fresh. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch.

Great place, sort of hidden.

What a pleasant surprise. Stopped in on a Saturday for dinner. Wasnt sure what to expect from the exterior but once inside it was very nice. It was very quiet and service was excellent. Jessica our server was exceptional. Food came out very quick. She had a salad that she raved about and I had the veal parm which I really enjoyed.
We’ll definitely return. It was nice to meet Tara as well.

I can’t say enough about this place. Some friends introduced us to it and we’ve in turn introduced much of our family and friends. Everyone is addicted. Never had a bad meal, everything is delicious. The staff are INCREDIBLE, lovely, and attentive. I never get tired of this place. Everything is delicious, even the breakfast is delightful!
