We stored several important items here for a few years while we moved and were in the process of selling several houses. The staff was fine and we never had a problem. When we decided to empty the locker we showed up, packed and closed out with the front desk in about 15 minutes with no hassle. It’s free truck and convenient location only make it better.

I moved back to the area in 2011, during Hurricane Irene. I called the day before to ensure they were open that Sunday with the storm on the way — they would be. Arrived first thing Sunday morning and waited. No one ever showed. I received a NASTY call from the woman who was supposed to work that day, asking why I never showed up. I told her that we waited, the place was in darkness and no one else even pulled into the parking lot. She was rude, telling me I wasted her time, she had been there the whole time, and hung up on me. Took my business elsewhere where I found polite, helpful staff and a bigger unit — at a fraction of the cost!

Probably the most expensive storage in the area, but very friendly and helpful, has free truck available to move in and has secured outside area, which I have not seen with any other storage.
Other benefit is that they actually offer true climate control all over their buildings, not the fake one in other storages. Other storages usually only cool or heat the lower floors, not the upper floors and then sell both floors as climate-controlled. This one actually truly cools and heats both floors.
One can also use their two carts in each building for free.
Their central location is second to none. They are next to a shopping strip and gas station, so one can do one’s errands and combine that with accessing the storage.
Payment of the monthly rental can be done online.
