Cellular Mekanix

A quick Google search led me to Cellular Mekanix’s Salem location. I called and spoke to Vince. I told him of my iPhone 6’s unfortunate swim in a pool, and my iPad 2’s rough encounter with the concrete.
He was friendly, professional, and clear in my options and cost. I quickly took my items over and found them conveniently tucked just off Market St, with easy ample parking. Talking in person with Vince, I was once again greeted with very clear options and costs.
He did a great job in replacing my iPad screen, and while they certainly tried to fix my iPhone, there were a few things wrong with it, and resurrecting it was not to be. But he certainly tried. That chance was well worth the $ 20 diagnostic fee, given the amount of time he spent on it and things he tried.
They’ve just gotten started at this location — the office isn’t fancy. But they’ve got a great staff, and that’s what you need! I will take other items to them, and certainly recommend them to others!
