I have brought my bikes into Cycles Etc a few times for service and overhauls. They have always been quite good at repairing my rides, even fixing a flat on the spot at closing time. I didn’t buy my bike from them (they don’t carry the brand) but they haven’t held that against me. I will keep bringing my bikes to them and I recommend you give them a shot.

These guys repaired an expensive derailler on my mountain bike. Price was good and it was finished quickly. Ill be goin here when something else breaks for sure.

I’ve been here a few times now, and had consistently good experiences. They asked what kind of riding I do, and didn’t try to upsell me the most expensive tires, and when my bike needed some repairs they did a great job — had it riding as good as the day I got it! The prices for repairs/tune ups seem super reasonable.
