Honestly this is the best Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from(the worst was definitely down in Baltimore. Ick). My husband and I order from this location constantly and have never had any issues or mistakes in our orders. Food is made fast, is delicious(although greasy, but hey it’s pizza!), and arrives very quickly. Every single time. The drivers are always quite courteous and polite, and often strike up brief small talk while you sign for the food. Much nicer than awkward silence. Overall, it’s always a quick and pleasant experience.

I usually have a decent experience ordering delivery from here. Once or twice they’ve forgot something, or botched the order, but nothing unforgivable. A friend and I ordered food from here the other night. I watched the online tracker, and by 5:04 my food was out the door on the way to my house. A half hour went by, and still no sign. About 5:40ish, they finally arrived. Not unusual during this time of year for delivery drivers to get stuck in downtown traffic, except I’m ¼ mile down the road on canal street, so there wouldn’t be any traffic. The delivery driver could have walked to my house in 6 minutes. When the food arrived, it was sub par. My sandwich was overcooked, and cold. The box was soggy and caved in at the top on my friends pizza, so all the cheese and toppings were stuck to the lid of the box. They have to step up their game a bit.

If you live in Salem, there are so many good restaurants and many of them deliver and have online ordering. I haven’t gone there for a while since finding my new Pizza place but when I was going there every 3 – 4 weeks they would get my order wrong even with online ordering and the pizza was just ok. To get the fancier pizzas, you are going to spend as much as going to one of the other pizza places in Salem(Engine House and Flying Saucer both have online ordering and a fresher product). So I mean, if you have to order a pizza here, its not awful, but in Salem there are so many good options.

I find that my orders come correct more often now that I use online ordering. Great alternative to ordering on the telephone and being misunderstood.

I ordered food and waited close to an hour, called back and was told that the driver knocked on the door, knocked four times and left. Conveniently enough when I called back it was 2:20 am so they where closed and refused to bring me my pizza. I never heard anyone knock on my door and can’t seem to understand why the driver wouldn’t have called the phone number I had given them when they took the order. The whole ordeal is ridiculous and rather pathetic. The worst part was the conversation I had with the employee who picked up the phone when I called back. She was rude and essentially called me a liar. If I heard a knock on the door I would have assumed it was the pizza and went to the door. The driver clearly went to the wrong door or didn’t even leave the store with the pizza, and as I stated before they had my phone number. I will never order from this establishment again and I will be sure to call back tomorrow to have a word with the manager. Garbage food and garbage service. I wouldn’t even give it one star if it was an option.

I added a picture of the disgraceful order of boneless chicken we got. What a waste of money.

I ordered last night from Domino’s, and part of the order consisted of an order of hot wings, and a 2nd order of bbq wings. Along with some pizzas and drinks. We were having company over, so I wanted to make sure we had enough. Anyway, I specifcally told the girl who was taking the order to MAKESURE there was sauce on the wings. I always have this problem with this particular Domino’s location, they never put sauce on the wings the way they’re supposed to. There is literally a few dabs here and there, and it’s so annoying that you pay money and don’t get what you asked for. What’s worse is if I’m ordering wings with sauce, I expect each wing to have sauce at least on it. Lo and behold, the delivery arrives, I open the bbq wings, only 6 of the 14 had sauce on them. I open the hot wings, maybe 7 of the 14 had a little hot sauce, if any. Of course I call Dominos, asked for the manager right away, and told him I specifically asked for the wings to have SAUCE on them!!! I mentioned it THREETIMES to the girl that took the order and she said she understood! Granted, I understand whoever is taking the order isn’t necessarily making the food, but come on, get it together. Anyway, the Manager offered to either send some new ones, or give a credit for the crappy order. I told him I would take the credit, what the heck was I going to do with all that chicken. I told him to make sure his employees get it right next time. The next time I order wings, though, I will be SURE to order in person! Thank you to the Manager Kyle for resolving this issue, but had the employees followed the instructions and common sense when people ask for sauce on their wings, the issue wouldn’t have happened.

What can I say Dominos good fast cheap I know the owner of this Dominos he owns many more and everyone runs the same he is a perfectionist you won’t be disappointed and if by chance you are he will fix it. After all he has been in business since 1984 actually I worked in his Melrose Ma store his first store when he first opened and delivered 1 of his first pizzas. Now living in Salem and work in Beverly he owns them too When I went in and asked who owned them he said Dave J. I wasn’t surprised!

Why does Domino’s charge a delivery fee? It’s such a turn-off when delivery is the bulk of your business. Incorporate it into the prices. It’s just hurting your drivers, because you’ve just stolen their tips.

Their pizza is decent for their price and their delivery is usually on time. My youngest son is the fan in the family(he’s six) but my oldest couldn’t care less.
