Dunkin’ Donuts

Drive thru line was insane at 1:30pm in the afternoon. Two employees working the drive thru and one person doing counter service. I opted to go inside and I ordered a prepared drink. When it was turned over to me it was dripping down the sides of the cup and the whipped cream was running out of the dome. I asked the lady at the counter for a second cup and was told that would be $ 0.25. I asked her why and she said that is the policy. When I asked her if the policy was also to clean the cup off before giving it to the customer she quickly handed me the cup and walked away without attempting to collect the $ 0.25.
I have been to this location a few times and I don’t understand the lack of customer satisfaction generated by the employees themselves.
On Route 28 there are several DD;s from the Methuen line up through Salem. I would opt for the newer one up by McKinnons.

I only go here because its the only one on my way to work. I don’t recommend coming here. They are slow and never get the orders right.

Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the universe. I think they walk to Columbia to get coffee grounds and back before they give it to you. Not to mention the coffee always taste different or gross or burnt
