After searching every local car dealership for the car we wanted, a good price, excellent customer service and an easy, pleasant, no high pressure sales experience, we found ourselves driving up the road to Salem!
From the moment we walked on the lot it was low key, no high pressure, huge selection and polite staff. We test drove a couple cars and made an offer. The negotiations were simple, relaxed and kind.
We had a couple requests for some minor repairs on the used car we wanted to purchase and the staff was happy to perform them prior to us signing any paperwork or taking ownership of the car.
Overall this was a GREAT used car buying experience.
We will DEFINITELY buy from Eddie Gilstrap Motors again!

Went Twice to have them fix my brakes fixed, first time was normal wear and tear, SECOND time was to fix there problems (improperly installed). Now they still squeal like crazy‼
All in all not happy mainly because we have to take it back there. Also for the money it cost to go a dealer I expect quality, that’s the bottom line.
There were at least five other reviews here? Did you one of these companies to remove the negative reviews?
