It was ok. Little annoyed that we couldn’t find any prices online, and they seemed displeased when we used their coupon from their website :) The pupu platter was tasty altho a little over breaded, some people complained on here about their thick sliced spareribs but we liked that. I loved their egg rolls. The lo mein was just ok, we’ve had better and also had much worse. Seemed like a busy place, got the take out quick and grabbed a menu so we have an idea of prices for next time!

Tried again. Even worse. Non existent service. Had to leave my table and order drinks at the bar. Got our food wrapped to go and never got it until I hunted down the waitress and asked for the bill. Once again I regret being forced to give them one star. Never ever ever again.

Went for karaōke after having not been in a long while. Oh man do I remember why I don’t go there. Service is awful. After having to have to deal with awful service our bill was placed on the table and 30 minutes later we still didn’t see the waitress. So we brought the bill to the register to pay. Once there was money on the table the waitress circled us like a vulture while we tried to divvy up the bill properly. We got everything squared away and started to walk out. This is when the waitress grabbed my friends arm and tried to drag her back into the bar area yelling about how we didn’t pay the bill. She gets to the front door dragging the waitress along. Then the manager(I assume) comes out screaming and swearing at us about how we didn’t pay. We threatened to call the police. This is when he said we should he «doesn’t give a ****.» Good news the police said they got really apologetic when the officer informed them the waitress is lucky she isn’t leaving in handcuffs.

They have great food if they could only manage to get your order right. Then when they get your order wrong they blamed me and wanted to charge me for another plate to fix my order because they messed up my order.

Enjoyed a delicious meal on NYE. A special limited menu was offered, but they had all of the essential staples! Best crab Rangoon around, piping hot, not overly greasy, and super stuffed. The fantasy island fried rice is a must try. Servers were attentive and sweet, it was very busy in there but our waiter was checking on us consistently.

Ordered a lunch combo. Only gave me rice and general gaus chicken. Then menu said 4 items were in the plate. When I asked about it. I was brushed off. Time before I called for delivery, the guy who answered told me they didn’t feel like delivering. Foods tastes great. There lack of communication and customer support or anything helping was utterly poor. I won’t partake in giving any money to these folks again. Absolutely aways a rush when you go here. There customer service sucks. You guys need to step it up a bit. I work at one of the highest grocing smalls business in my city and we are nothing but amazing and wonderful to everyone who acknowledges us and stops in the shop.

I used to like this place but they rush you way too much. We barely were there a half hour and the server is moving my dish before I’m even done! It was like we were not even there — talk about churn and burn. How can the food be served so fast? It was over in the blink of an eye — way too rushed and it wasn’t even busy.

I went here for the first time with two other people — wasn’t too crowded. Got seated right away. BUT when we ordered our drinks they gave one person the wrong drink and then when we told the waitress we were ready to order she said«5 minutes!». We were starving and being told to wait to order was a big let down and not appreciated. Food was average, nothing amazing. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Came for the scorpion bowls and karaōke. Sadly, both were a disappointment. The scorpion bowl was more pineapple juice than anything, which while disappointing the most disappointing thing was the karaōke host. I dont mind waiting to sing(I love karaōke) but waiting to see the same singers and the host is infuriating. Came her just for those 2 things and if one were good then I could deal with the other… neither being good makes me never want to come backm

I will never ever come back to this place again. The guy they hired for karaōke needs to consider another career. I was completely honest to his face(I have no filter) where I called him out on picking favorites and not even giving new people a chance he then accused me of attacking him no I’m sorry I am calling you out on your pathetic unprofessionalism sir. The owner as large and disgusting as she is comes out asks who(my name) is I said me and she says«I’m sorry but talking back to my staff isn’t going to get your song in any faster» I said excuse me?! Your staff was exceptionally rude to me so I had to handle it and point out that he chooses favorites over new people and he’s a asshole. «If you keep talking like that you will be kicked out» I smiled at her got up and went to the bathroom in a pure rage. How Unprofessional this shit hole is. You hire these shitty people to be nasty to your customers and your nasty yourself you have meat sweats and wake up a bitch every morning hating your life and the shitty bars you tend to. While I was trying to stand up for myself and call out these people the customers sitting there proceeded to laugh LAUGH at me! How old are we again? Children? because the last time I checked I was a adult. Do not ever visit this place Ever. It’s a laughable unprofessional establishment and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid going here including having them tell their friends. I also know this bitch owns the AOH and anmol the Indian place in Beverly and I will also be telling everyone I know to stay away. This place needs a serious bar rescue and rehiring and the owner needs a nice slap in the face with reality. ;)

The only item that was enjoyable was the wonton soup. My husband’s chicken(Gen Gau) was very dry(sitting around too long under a heat lamp?) and the sauce was uninspired sweet sauce. My daughter’s LoMein was also dry and tasted like greasy soy sauce. I ordered the Vegetable stir fry in a spicy sauce and received limp, dull vegetables(leftovers from the lunch buffett??) in a gloppy and even duller sauce(no spice whatsoever). I WILLNEVERGOBACK.

Ok food but nothing to rave about it. It’s my SO’s favorite Chinese place which is why I go. The Karaōke is fun to watch though and the service is good.

Still maintains similar taste and feel to old Dave Wong’s China Sails. Long time waiters make you feel at home. Reasonable prices.

This pace was terrible! First off, I had a reservation for 10 people as we were celebrating a dual birthday. We arrived and there was a table waiting for us set for 8. I grabbed two more chairs and was ready to squeeze in when I was rudely stopped by the man working there… telling me that some of our party had to sit separately across the way in the booth. Glad I called to make a reservation, so myself and others could feel like we were not part of the larger group… but whatever. Oh, I should mention we were there for karaōke in the lounge specifically. Everyone started ordering their drinks and the rude guy was our waiter… yay…so I ordered a Fog Cutter, I was told«no» I wanted a Mai-Tai…they are the best! Trying not to be difficult I ordered a Mai-Tai…I’m sure they don’t even know how to make Fog Cutters. Needless to say the Mai-Tai’s were not good. Loaded with fake ingredients and low quality booze. I could tell from the first taste that if I drank of a lot of those I would end the night sick. My fiends seemed happy though, so again. I went along with it. Some of my group ordered food and they seemed content for the most part. The karaōke was ok, nothing special… good selection of songs, but poor quality system. I reluctantly ordered a second Mai-Tai…hey, don’t judge we were there there for a while. Oh, I also noticed around this time that my first glass was broken… when I told the rude waiter, he literally just shrugged his shoulders. My second Mai-Tai came eventually, when he went to place it on my table… he was there was no cocktail napkin, so he turned around and grabbed a USEDDIRTY napkin from the table behind him(which happened to be where my other friends were sitting) and put that napkin down in front of me… eeeeeewwwwwww. Finally, it was time to wrap up… since I was off at another table I was not the sober one handling the money situation… I did however see the waiter walk behind my friends chair and pick something up… at the time I did not think anything of it, but when we were short on the bill and it appeared that money had vanished… my guess is that one of my friends dropped money and the rude waiter pocketed it. CLASSY!!! SIDENOTE: two of my friends spent the night puking… and they did not drink enough to have caused that…

Have had the opportunity to go here a number of times. I should let it be known now though that when eating I am ordering your basic apps and food. Nothing too deep on the menu, so I can’t give too much insight on the food. The appetizers are very basic but good. They boneless spareribs the other night were incredibly tender compared to your usual Chinese restaurant. Also, the portions are good sized. The drink menu is good. Mai Tai’s are standard. I particularly like the white Mai Tai’s. Friday/Saturday night can get busy but there are a lot of tables. Karaōke is on Friday night so be aware if that’s not your thing. Sit as far away as you can from the DJ, very loud. The service is good. Our servers have always worked very hard to accommodate us. The only thing I would point out is that there aren’t enough of them. They had one lady working our entire side so it was a little slow. Again, not her fault, she just needed help. Parking is adequate, prices reasonable. Give it a shot.

I come here every time I come back to Boston. Fantasteaks are always the best and the rice is wonderful. The only draw back is that the staff is less than helpful, you ask for a substitution, which is clearly stated can be done for extra, but was told no. But if you want to order it as a side item that’s fine? Wth. Doesn’t make sense to me.

From the creepy parking lot to the«lounge» with prominent keno cards, this establishment rang all the seedy bells. So, SO glad we decided to hit the bar before deciding if we wanted to eat here. Flocks of fruit flies and a banana daquiri that has never seen a banana in its life(the menu lied!) and that was that. No thank you.

Only went for drinks and karaōke. There are a lot of regulars, and everyone was friendly to us as newbies. Drinks were good and at an average price. Fun night overall.

I don’t understand why more people in the area don’t come here. Salem’s chinese food is TERRIBLE. But this place is actually really good! One of the Unilocalers said it was the best Chinese food etc etc, so we went and checked it out. Totally is! For ONCE a good Chinese place closer than Kowloon, and the prices are great! Watch out for really annoying karaōke on Friday/Saturday nights. Also, someone below said they’re really pushy with drinks, and they really are. These people want you drunk. I’m 23, and have absolutely no complaints. They make strong, delicious drinks, and their food is reasonably priced, large proportions and actually really good. I still dont know how this place isnt a strip club, but I’m glad it isn’t. Love coming here!
