The scariest«woman» in the world works here. If I wasn’t half afraid and it wasn’t so obvious I would take and post a picture. That aside, just pray no one ever buys you anything from here that you need to return. This store is full of grandma clothes and I only stayed long enough to try 2 alternate sizes on and stand in line twice. However — the reason for the review is the customer service is atrocious. There is the teenage Nathalie who not only ignored me but ignored the old granny who cut in front of me when I was the ONLY person in line so she could continue her 5 minute phone call. Once off she helped grandma first, and then answered my two questions — can I try this on please? Can I return this here? Yes — yes. Easy or so I thought. Until I was in the dressing room and started hearing rumblings about«can she return that»… A ginormous woman who was vacuuming when I came in had the cord going all over the floor so no matter where you stepped you were about to be tripped. I had to take the long route through the PJs just to be safe. It wasn’t near closing time and the place was DEAD. Anyway — she agreed that yes I could return there. I come out of the dressing room to a small line formed. Crazy Nathalie blasts out«how did everything work out for you!!!» The line turns around to look at me — I answer, «I’ll keep one, and return one». Is this OK??? THEN ginormous vacuum says from her vacuuming«AREYOURETURNINGANYTHING»? I look over and say AGAIN«I’ll keep one and return one». She starts to come over to the register to I THINK help me… and takes the next person in line. The experience was SOINSANE. I finally make it up to the slow as molasses Nathalie who takes my receipts, my return, and… starts getting confused. This is where the experience took a weird turn. She asks G. Vac for help — G. Vac says«you can’t return that here!»…They both stare at me. I said«you both just said I could»…Then G. Vac consults THESCARIESTWOMANALIVE and Scary yells at me «you can’t return this here»!!! Then all 3 stare. THEN I have to become the GM of Fashion Bug and say«OK well apparently there’s been a miscommunication — because even though, you said I could, and you checked with her and said I could, and you said I could — now I can’t. It’s fine! Its great! I’ll go somewhere else! I grab up my receipt and bag and literally run in a panic out the door. I’m sure they had a great discussion afterward. Lesson learned — if you are miserable before you go in, just donate the clothes!
