Had my sons birthday party here last year and it was awesome. The way they helped out was great as well as their customer service! All the kids had a great time :) obviously we will be coming back occasionally than just throwing birthday parties here :)

Great place for birthday party for all ages 12 – 18 wants to go every year. Nice kids running the place, clean and organized. We have been back several times always a hit!

We finally made it! Took our grandson for his 5^th birthday. All little kids want to do, is run and jump. HE DID! During the week and at night… BEST TIME to go!
The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! High energy, super nice, great with kids, hard working and just dang pleasant! Most young workers these days do not care about customer service. Not at Get Air. It is ALL about customer service and FUN! Winner staff working on November 4^th, 2015. WINNER STAFF!!!
Worth every cent! They have punch cards (10^th jump free) and massage chairs ($ 2 for 6 minutes!) for tired grandmas!!!

Absolutely amazing staff! I had my 3 year old daughters birthday party here and it was awesome! My daughter’s favorite balloon floated to the ceiling not once but twice and they happily retrieved it for her. They were extremely helpful and nice to us and made the whole experience easy so we could just focus on having fun. Everyone had a great time jumping on the trampolines. It was my dad’s birthday too (he is in his 60’s) and even he had fun jumping around. You can have Papa Johns pizza delivered and they clean up everything for you. When you get a birthday room it includes everything you need (plates, forks, water bottles, etc.) plus they had some candles and a cake cutter we could use because no one has ever forgotten those things… right? I highly recommend this place!!!

This is a great place for my kids to see their dad and it’s great for me because I get a break! The kids jump and sweat for an hour or more and they get in the car nice and tired! I love the addition of the orange foam pieces and the trampolines all seem to be in good shape. I do feel like a referee would be a good addition to the dodge ball area as well as an age requirement. There were little kids going in and getting smacked with balls by adults. At one point there was a ref that came down which seemed to make it a little bit better and then another ref (female) traded out and she played too, but I felt that she should have been helping monitor rather than playing herself. Overall though a great time!

My daughter’s best birthday party ever!!! Staff was amazing. Party room was completely set up as promised. Pizzas were delivered right on time. Kids and adults enjoyed jumping. So many things to do. Location was clean. Definite place to visit again! Thank you so much.

Pretty expensive, but very fun for kids and parents. One hour of jumping is enough to have fun and get some exercise!
TIP: If you have little kids, try to go on a less busy time to avoid the bigger kids and teens. They can get a little rowdy, and don’t seem to be too mindful of the little ones.

Attended a 9 year olds birthday party here today. It was my first visit to Get Air. I have been many times to a similar business near Portland. Facility was clean with multiple safety monitors moving throughout the building. All interactions I witnessed with staff were energetic, courteous and professional. They offer a unique experience so prices aren’t cheap. However, it looked like they do have specials throughout the week that can help keep costs down.

The first time I visited Get Air it was great but the second was a horrible experience, I was trying to just have fun with my girls and this lady on a «power trip» was ruining it, she singled me out and was constantly on my ass about rules that she was making up, one which was extremely stupid, we were tossing around foam cubes in the foam pit only into a pile and she told us we couldn’t, it was absurd. I won’t be going back, I’m not going to pay 33 $ for 1 adult and 2 children to be restrained from having a good time. Definitely not worth the money.

The first time I was here in 2014 when they just opened, I thought I got bit by a snake in one of the pits. Two circular red marks on my foot. I showed the employee and they’re like, oh, you signed a waiver. I re-​read the waiver next time I was here, and I DID NOT see a specific snake bite inclusion.
Granted, it’s a great place for kids, but Jesus it’s expensive. The cashier need math lessons, too, because the visit before this, he overcharged me and I called him out on it, they had to get the assistant manager to refund me. Goodness.

When you get there, you smell the sweaty old me combined with the smell of cheap perfume. I was very optimistic, as I have had a lot of fun at Sky High (Tigard). My little brother and I went to dodgeball and the worker that was supposed to be monitoring the game was flipping all over the place and throwing 60 mph rockets at the small kids wanting to play around. I was also disappointed when the workers were talking to single people fair her than looking out for the safety of the other customers (myself included).
There was no seating for my dad, so he had to take shelter in a unused party room.
Overall, if you want to go to a trampoline park and you live in the salem-​keizer area, go to Sky High because their rates are cheaper and they have to system down.

Pretty good! My kid loved it. Me too. Got stuck in the foam pit more than once.
I’d give it 5 stars but the young woman working there today. Her attitude seemed like she didn’t care to be there. And when it was her turn to watch for safety concerns she was flirting with 3 young men. And when I was leaving and was looking at the info she looked at me and said «yeah?»
Could use some customer service skills. But other than that it was a good visit for my son and I

Wow this place stinks!
$ 9 and hour per person Fri-​Sun. Total for my group of 7 (including a toddler) was $ 55! Crazy.
I see the draw though. Jumping is a lot more strenuous than I remember and every where I looked were sweaty worn out kids and adults. I think it’s a GREAT place to take kids to get their energy out. Toddlers, not so much. They have an ‘under 5′ area but it was abandoned so my babe wanted nothing to do with it and instead wanted to play in the basketball area with the balls. It would be nice if they had some additional entertainment for the younger ones.
The hour goes fast and, really, by the end of it, everyone was worn out so one hour was pretty good.

Just had my older daughters 10 year birthday on a Saturday and it was insanely crowded. I get it, its new to Salem and there is not a ton of stuff to do. However they need more staff, the lines were crazy and the poor girl at the birthday check in looked super stressed. And if you are doing a birthday bring extra plates, napkins and forks. They only give you these items for the number of jumpers you have, plus three extra. So if you have parents that want cake you have to scrounge…

The kids had fun, but it is far more dangerous than the one in PDX. The little kids are permitted in the same area as teens. The jumpers are allowed to do flips where little kids are running. The rules are displayed on TV’s but the volume is on mute. There are too few monitors and those that are there do not enforce the rules. I will go back when I hear management has better control of the place.

Love it! This is a PE teachers dream, so many rooms for activities! Great hour double date for an affordable price :) late night had lights out too!
