I had bought 2 phones from Sidney, He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, not pushy at all and very patient he answered all our questions with a bright smile, I would highly recommend asking for him when you are in the market for a phone. He helped direct UsTo the perfect plan for our needs and never tried to push us towards a plan that was unnecessary. He definitely puts the «us» in cUStomer!

When I got my tablet and my new contract everything was great and these guys were very helpful and polite when I had problems with my phone they didn’t want to help me in fact the manager call 611 verizon and handed me the phone and told me that I can resolve my problems that way because that’s not what he is there for and he is too busy. I was on their phone for over an hour and still never got my problem resolved while he the manager sat there and visited with his employees and not once even would look at my phone and try to solve the problem I went to the verizon store on sunny view and lancaster and they fix my problem in about 5 minutes so I will just remember that go wireless on market street only is there for sales and not to bother them with any problems I may have with my phone or tablet. But I do have to say they were very friendly and very service oriented when I was buying something from them

Fantastic service! Sidney and Alan helped me out. They fixed my problem that the corporate stores couldn’t. I went in there thinking the worst, but I came out with a working phone.
Also, they’re typically pretty slow at this location, so I didn’t have to wait long to get some help. They greeted me and looked around. The store looks a little old, but don’t judge a book by its cover. Thanks fellas!
