So what customer service do they provide when after you have waited 8 minutes to even order, they then tell you it’s «cash only» because their credit card machine is down? Can you guess? If you guessed a free $ 3 coffee, you’d be WAY off the mark. No, she provided directions to another Java Crew and one punch on a punch card. YEP, that’s right… total waste of my time and future patronage. UNBELIEVABLE I say!!! There was no sign saying «cash only», in the front window… to alert people waiting in the drive thru. UNBELIEVABLE! And the topper? The complete TOPPER? I just got home to email corporate, and spent the time to write them a letter, etc… and when I went to send… their feedback button won’t send! It’s down!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Oh my lord.

Wonderful, cheerful employees (who remember your drink++!), tasty coffee and a super convenient location. Also, Bonus you can order pastries from the Roths bakery from the Java Crew window :)

My FAVORITEcoffee place. Nothing compares to Java Crew coffee!!! I go to the one on 12th street mostly but they are all great!

Not the best coffee, by far. If you’re looking for something speedy and sweet, this is the perfect place. Its very consistent, their drinks always taste the same. I always get the Bigfoot when I’m looking for something that tastes like dessert in a cup. :)
This one has seating inside.
