Horrible customer service. My daughter went up to ask for sauce lady says «Ask him.» So she asks the other guy and he looks at her, turns around and walks away!

We have used the drive through on two occasions at this property and both times, they got the order wrong and or left something out of the order that we had paid for. The customer service skills at this site is in need of some serious repair and or management needs to do some firing and hiring of people who know just WHAT customer service really should be. And being rude to a paying client should NOT fall under that training profile. JS.
Yeah, so we will not come back to this property and would recommend to all our friends to use a different property and stay away from this one.

I might just be the one lucky person in Salem who has always gotten everything I ordered and also received good customer service each time. I’ve ordered via drive through and also in restaurant. Last week, I took my kids in to the restaurant and ordered a large root beer float which my daughter proceeded to immediately spill EVERYWHERE (all over the booth, seats, floor, my pants and her entire self). *insert trying not to smack daughter expression here* But you know what? I have never received such kind and courteous service and understanding from both a manager and the gracious employee who cleaned up that terrible mess. My thanks to both, most especially to that cashier who mopped everything up. I am sorry but will always be grateful!

NEVER gets an order to go right. Been here dozens of times and gotten food to go and EVERY time it’s been messed up. DO NOT eat here and not check your order before you leave. Or better yet, just don’t eat here.
