Master Tailors

I took 2 blazers here to be altered. Mr. Lee, the tailor, said it would take a week. I went back into the shop the next week after he called to pick up the jackets but they still were not satisfactorily completed. The collars still bunched up. It took him another week to finally get the correct alteration. He charged me over $ 60 and doubled charged me for the alterations. Despite his miscalculations in altering the jackets, he still charged me to fix those. I talked with him and tried to get him to reduce the amount he was charging because he initially indicated it would only be about $ 25 total. He speaks little english and was hard to communicate with him. This gave him an advantage in our negotiations since he would not turn over the jackets unless I paid. He did do an alright job. He just charged to much and was misleading on how much it would cost when I dropped off the jackets. It also took him a long time to get the jackets back to me.
