I love this place, a little pricey but the personal attention they gave to my teenage daughter, awesome so worth it! My daughter didn’t feel comfortable picking out clothes and they must have seen that so they jumped right in and helped her. They totally changed her attitude and you could see she was having as much fun as they were! ;-) I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any age but teenage most definitely!

I dislike so badly feeling left out for being on the plusser side of clothing. Im comfortably a 16, sometimes 18 depending on the day and store and I love Maurices. It is a little spendier than some other places, but you get what you pay for. They have sales intermittently, and also a store card you can use. I prefer Maurices to Lane Bryant, but I would be lying if I said they were competitive in sizes. Lane Bryant has more sizes from what I can tell, but it’s worth it to try Maurices first! If all else fails, LB isnt that far away, but you cant beat Maurices prices and the clothing seems to last forever. Ive had shirts and dresses from there last for years. And when I finally lose some more weight, I can still shop here for good clothes. WINNING!

We weren’t in the store long enough to really check out the merchandise, but the first employee we met was very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t buy anything. That good customer service will bring us back for another visit.

5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for price and quality, 3 stars for merchandise. I really love this store. From the outside, it looks so inviting with it’s baby blue signs and hardwood floors, large dressing rooms with your name written on the outside, and cute tote bags displayed on shelves. Once you start looking through the clothes, however, you find that walking out with something unique is going to be a major task. Towards the front of the store is the ‘casual’ section. What seems to be the same T-shirt in different shades of green and brown are displayed on the walls next to their crinkley tank tops that work well with everything. I’ve found a few cute things in this section. Cute jackets and fly aways here :) Moving to the back of the store, you find yourself in the formal section! Most of the tops here can be paired with jeans for a sophisticated, casual look. A bit higher prices than the casual section, but much cuter. Behind this section are the dresses. Very flattering, but you may need to size up a bit, as these tend to run small. Their shoes are shoes. Cute, okay quality. Inexpensive. The shoes cost less than most shirts. Pretty comfortable. Overall, just typical teenager type shoes. ACCESSORIES. This by far my favorite part, as Maurices carries many beautiful, sophisticated necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. They’re almost always having some kind of sale involving accessories, so pay attention to the signs inside and outside. I walked out with four tops, each around $ 20, a cropped jacket for $ 35, a formal ruffled dress for $ 40, and one pair of Vigoss jeans for about $ 45. Remember to check out the sale racks. I’ve found a few cute things there for awesome prices. Thanks for reading!
