Metro Pcs

This has got to be the best Metro PCS store in the area (NOW) they have really stepp, ed up their game. I stopped coming to this Metro because of the blonde girl and her boyfriend they had working. She was awful, rude and ignorant, and he was mister know it all, always had food hanging out of their mouth.
I never personally had an issue with them but I saw first hand how she treated the customers, esp the ones that did not speak English to well, not like the Lynn store is any better, walk in the Lynn stores and you are bothering them, putting them out or interrupting very important phone calls with the President of the United States, so I was stuck, come back to Salem or Travel to the Mall for a Metro.
A friend told me try Salem again, they got a new girl and she is great, and they were right… this new girl is amazing, very friendly, always smiling, knows her business and is bi-​lingual, so everyone gets treated the same. The store no longer smells of Italian sub or Pizza If you stopped coming here for the reasons I did, you should give it another try. You will not be disappointed. Way to go Salem Metro PCS, you listened to your customers and changed your employees. You have me back as a customer.
