I’ve been going to NOTB since when they had their shop in Wilmington. I’ve always preferred them over other shops in the area and online. The crew is typically very helpful and willing to help you out when you’re in a jam. I am not happy that they stopped carrying Burton products though. The customer service you get from a local shop like NOTB makes up for it!

Today At about 10:30 went to NOTB in Salem nh. An employee approached me and asked «need help with anything?»
I said «yea there’s a snowboard I’ve been looking at online and I’m just unsure which size I should get»
He replied «Nahhhh man» and walked away…
Definitely would not recommend NOTB after that. Needless to say, after that I awkwardly left the store and went to buchikas across the street. There they helped me pick out a snowboard on the spot AND I saved money.
