Office DEPOT is no longer here in Salem, OR! They moved since October 2014 to South Salem, OR in Liberty St. I Miss Office DEPOT in Salem! We never been to Office DEPOT in South Salem, OR but someday we’ll go there!

Welcome to the loneliest Office Depot ever.
What was once a thriving Thriftway, has been a terribly mediocre Office Depot for the last few years. The parking lot shared with GI JOE is huge, but the area that Office Depot occupies is lucky to have more than 10 cars parked on any given day of the week.
One might wonder, what’s wrong with this office depot? Aside from it being a ghost town, a majority of their things are over priced. Big time computer brands will be a little more limited here and school /​office supplies are at a slight premium until its the start of the school season. But even then they’re more expensive than a Walmart or even (pathetically) a convenience store.
Customer service has traditionally been a bunch of uninspired associates who have been lazy to help. I’ve had some of the slowest, if not most clueless people attempting to help here that its ridiculous. If there is one aspect of this store that needs to change, that is it.
Speaking of a Walmart, I have a feeling if they don’t shape up soon, this could very well be a prime location for one. Groceries would probably be a better fit for this area anyway, but anything is better than this sad store.
