Wonderful salon, warm atmosphere, clientele and stylists alike are friendly and welcoming. Arielle is a fantastic stylist, works magic with children – my daughter loves her visits, has been coming since age 2 ½. I love that she cuts her hair so beautifully – she brings out the natural curl for a style that’s easy and no fuss, and gets loads of compliments from other moms. I’ve sent other friends there with their kids and the results have been amazing. I’ve seen what she does with adult clients – just as amazing.

Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpleasant.

I had been going regularly for a year because they use L’Oreal Hair colour and Arielle is a good stylist. But a couple of times she was not free, so I had got it done from one of the assistants, and it was a terrible dark colour! Even though they had my colour noted and were hesitant to redo the color, I was not happy with it. Not pleased with the service and dont intend to go again, found another good salon in Marblehead.

This is now the second time that I’ve been in to see Ariel, and I am just as pleased this time as last. I’m not crazy about getting my hair cut, but I recently came across a pic of myself taken shortly after the last time she cut my hair, and I thought «Damn, my hair looked awesome!» Great motivation to make an appointment! She’s cute as a button, remembered a heck of a lot about my crazy life almost a year after our first meeting, and is chatty, friendly, confident, and cuts/​styles well. I would recommend her 100%. I thought the price was right on target for a good haircut by a younger stylist in a place like Swampscott, at $ 40 for the shampoo/​cut/​blowdry. She definitely has the talent to do well as she moves forward. Would love to see what she can do with color sometime. Hopefully I will not wait almost an entire year before going to see her again!

The folks at this hair salon are always learning new styles and techniques. I receive many compliments whenever I’ve had my hair done here.
