After months of searching for a perfect used car in not only Massachusettes, but also Maine and New Hampshire… I finally drove to Salem to check out a 2012 Jetta they had. Not only was the car close to brand new, the staff was absolutely amazing. Nick made it feel like I was car shopping with a friend. He said «I’m not trying to sell you the car, you know what you want. I’m just trying to help you drive away with it.» It almost felt like it was too easy. Family & friends still don’t believe me when I tell them about the experience and how affordable they made it for me. I saw a car on the website i liked and Marty returned by inquiry asap & scheduled a test drive for the very next day. Being without a car, he offered to pick me up and took care of all the paperwork rapidly right after the test drive.
