I am giving this company two stars for one reason only… The actual guys who came and did the labor intensive packing and loading were phenomenal. Otherwise, no stars would be necessary. It was a nightmare trying to coordinate my move and I could rarely get ahold of my «contact person» at the office. I almost always got voicemail or got passed around to different people who didn’t seem to understand why I was calling (which was to find out when they were showing up… And then to call and see where they were when they hadn’t shown yet) Most frustrating, after moving across the country and paying a semi-​fortune to receive my items, every. single. piece. of my furniture was scratched. Wood scratched off, paint scratched off, corners scratched off, etc. Most of the boxes were so damaged, too, that they couldn’t even be folded up and reused. My advice — suck it up and move your own things if you can! On a positive note… Props to your packers! They are such hard workers… The others, not so much.
